Korean festivals by train: the station and exit for each

Updated 18 October 2026 · Festivals of Korea editors

Korea's KTX and subway networks reach most of the festivals on this site; the exceptions are a handful in the mountains and on Jeju, which need a bus or a flight. The table lists the nearest useful station for each festival, the line, the exit where the organizer or city names one, and what the last leg actually involves.

Buy KTX tickets on the Korail+ app or at korail.com (English available, foreign cards accepted); ITX and Mugunghwa trains, and since 1 September 2026 the former SRT trains from Suseo, are on the same system. Subway and bus fares in Seoul and Busan are paid with a T-money or Cashbee card, sold at convenience stores.

Korean exits are numbered on signs inside the station and on Naver Map; pick the exit before you tap out, because many stations have no crossing between sides. Where the organizer runs a festival shuttle from the station, the festival page lists its hours and stops.

Naver Map shows station exits and bus stops most reliably, and it can be switched to English, Japanese or Chinese under Menu (≡) → Settings → Language. Kakao Map offers English under Menu (≡) → Settings → App settings → Language. Google Maps gives train and bus routes in Korea but not yet walking directions.
