活動特色
自2004年12月起，首爾市政府每年冬天都在市廳前的橢圓形草坪首爾廣場鋪設戶外溜冰場，價格也一直維持開幕時的水準：每場1小時₩1,000，含冰鞋和安全帽。溜冰場是市政府12月至1月「首爾冬日嘉年華」中唯一的收費項目。2025至26年度以「Winter Ring」為主題，冰面四周環繞著亮起黃燈的菱形光環，52天裡共有180,701人次溜冰，平均每天約3,475人次。其中外國旅客49,693人次，比上一季增加30%以上，外國人占四分之一以上。
溜冰場依固定場次營運。每場1小時，之後有30分鐘整冰，因此週日至週五的開場時間為10:00、11:30、13:00、14:30、16:00、17:30、19:00和20:30，週六和國定假日另加22:00–23:00的第9場。12月24日和31日還有23:30–00:30的第10場。每場最多600人：300張門票提前7天在seoulskate.kr網路販售，300張當天在現場先到先得。週末晚上的場次往往很快在網路上售完。持有Discover Seoul Pass（首爾市針對外國旅客的觀光通行證）可免費溜冰，20人以上團體提前預約可享30%折扣。
規則簡單但執行嚴格：必須戴安全帽（免費）和手套，手機不能帶上冰面，兒童須年滿7歲，7歲兒童須由監護人陪同溜冰（2023至24年度和2025至26年度報導的規則）。另設兒童冰場，也有收費的初學者輔助器和小班課程，冰鞋租借櫃台標有海外鞋碼。置物櫃₩1,000（2024至25年度）。冰場周邊有小吃店、咖啡廳、休息區和醫護室，2025至26年度還有群山的在地特產市集。
有幾點要先知道：冰場在戶外，遇雨雪或發布懸浮微粒警報時場次會取消，已預約者會收到簡訊通知。溜冰季很短，約七週，其餘時間廣場恢復為草坪。跨年夜照常開放，但附近普信閣的跨年敲鐘會讓周邊從18:00起封路，人潮非常擁擠。溜冰場在COVID-19疫情期間的冬天停辦，2022年12月睽違三年重新開放；2025至26年度結束時，市政府表示下一季將於2026年12月18日開放。

交通方式
從首爾出發
搭地鐵1號線或2號線到市廳站；5號出口就在首爾廣場旁，步行約1分鐘到溜冰場。從首爾站搭1號線往北，下一站就是市廳站。溜冰場鋪在位於中區Eulji-ro（을지로）12的首爾市廳前草坪上；隔著世宗大路對面是德壽宮大漢門，往北走一小段就是清溪川燈飾的起點清溪廣場。
從釜山出發
從釜山站搭KTX到首爾站，約2小時30分鐘（自2026年9月1日起一般車廂票價₩54,400），再轉乘1號線到市廳站，從5號出口出站。
從仁川機場出發
搭機場鐵路（AREX）直達列車到首爾站（中途不停，約40分鐘，₩13,000），再轉乘1號線到市廳站，從5號出口出站。
從市廳站到會場
首爾地鐵1號線和2號線，5號出口。步行約1分鐘到首爾廣場溜冰場
回程交通
大多數日子不必擔心：最後一場21:30結束，週六和國定假日23:00結束。12月24日和31日的加場00:30結束，請先查好末班車時間；2025年跨年夜，首爾地鐵營運到02:00左右，市廳站2號線最後幾班車為01:54和01:43。
停車
韓國觀光公社的日文介紹寫有停車場，但沒有詳細資訊；冬季慶典期間廣場周邊道路壅塞，跨年夜普信閣一帶還會封路，建議搭地鐵。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

步行和公車路線請用Naver Map或Kakao Map；Google 地圖目前在韓國還無法提供步行導航。兩個App都可以切換為英文。Naver Map：選單（≡）→設定→語言（也可選日文和中文）。Kakao Map：選單（≡）→設定→應用程式設定→語言。如果找不到該選項，可先變更手機的系統語言，再重新開啟App。小店名稱和部分評論仍為韓文。

- 首爾冬日嘉年華 (서울윈터페스타) — 包含首爾廣場。首爾市在市中心舉辦的12月至1月免費冬季慶典，結合燈光秀、市集和新年活動；溜冰場是其中一個項目。
- 首爾燈節 (서울빛초롱축제)。從市廳往北步行一小段即到的清溪廣場起，沿清溪川展出免費燈飾作品，12月中旬至1月舉行。
- 德壽宮王宮守門將交接儀式 (서울 왕궁수문장 교대의식) — 世宗大路對面。首爾市在德壽宮大漢門前舉行的免費守門將交接儀式，與溜冰場隔著世宗大路相對，除週一外每天11:00和14:00舉行。
- 光化門市集 (광화문 마켓)。位於世宗大路北端光化門廣場的免費聖誕市集，預定2026年12月11日至2027年1月10日舉行。

平安夜和跨年夜有開嗎？

- 2026–27 season: the 18 December opening comes from the city's statement on 11 February 2026 (reported by Nocut News and CNA); it had not been confirmed by a season notice as of 19 October 2026 (the 2025 notice was posted on 12 November). The closing date, hours, session times, fee and whether Discover Seoul Pass entry continues are not yet announced.
- Whether the Seoul Plaza forest works of spring 2026 change the rink's size or layout.
