活動特色
漢江慶典（한강페스티벌）是首爾市政府為漢江公園舉辦的慶典，分成春、夏、秋、冬幾個獨立檔期；本頁介紹冬季檔期（한강페스티벌_겨울）。冬季檔期由首爾市未來漢江本部主辦，在12月下半月把各種年末活動分散到多座河畔公園：聖誕市集、拍照與休息用的圓頂屋、放風箏、在退役軍艦旁舉辦的聖誕展覽、遊船，以及漢江雪橇場。雪橇場在聖誕節前後開放，一直營業到2月。
2025年檔期（12月19日至31日，5座公園共8個節目）最能說明它的形式。「浪漫漢江聖誕市集」於12月19日至25日14:00–21:00在纛島漢江公園的Jabeolle（자벌레，意為「尺蠖」）建築與清潭大橋下方舉行，有40多家店鋪、一個販售洪川郡農產品的攤位、16輛餐車（附室內座位區）、拍照區，以及依材料費收費的手作體驗。在盤浦漢江公園Sebitseom前的河畔，「春ON漢江」（봄ON한강，意為「漢江上的春天」）搭起一座15公尺的春花圓頂屋和8座供拍照、休息的小圓頂屋（12月19日至28日，免費）；12月27日至28日的「漢江風箏節」則放飛30公尺的鯨魚風箏和6公尺的聖誕老人風箏。設在纛島、蠶院和汝矣島戶外泳池裡的雪橇場不分年齡收同樣的少許費用（₩10,000以內）；2025年因天氣偏暖，延到12月31日才開放。
2024年（12月20日至31日）市集和6座透明雪景圓頂屋則改在汝矣島漢江公園，還有從阿拉金浦開往汝矣島的煙火遊船；首爾市統計約有630,000人次到訪。2024年12月29日濟州航空空難後，國家哀悼期間市集的演出和跨年遊船都取消了。目前查到最早的冬季檔期是2023年（12月22日至31日），當時市集設在纛島。
2026年，首爾市4月公布的日程列出12月19日至27日，主題為「쓰담쓰담 한강」（大意是「輕輕拍拍漢江」）；2月公布的各公園活動規劃則把冬季休息區和風箏節放在汝矣島，聖誕市集放在纛島。本站另有專頁的首爾冬日嘉年華，是同一時期在首爾市中心（光化門、清溪川、首爾廣場、DDP與普信閣）舉行的另一個市府慶典；首爾市的資料把兩者並列介紹，但沒有把漢江的活動算進嘉年華。
有幾點要先知道：內容每年都不同，往年都到開幕前幾天才公布（2024年12月17日、2025年12月15日）；活動分散在不同公園和日期；河畔寒冷又沒有遮蔽，遇到嚴寒或懸浮微粒偏高時，節目會縮短或暫停。

適合對象： 最適合帶孩子的家庭、情侶，以及聖誕期間人在首爾、想逛免費的夜間市集或在河畔玩一下午雪橇的人；較不適合期待單一大型會場或固定節目的遊客，因為活動分散在不同公園和日期，節目也要到開幕前幾天才公布。
交通方式
從首爾出發
前往纛島漢江公園的聖誕市集，請搭7號線到紫陽站，2號與3號出口直通公園；2025年纛島雪橇場設在清潭大橋北側的泳池，從2號出口出站。前往汝矣島漢江公園（依首爾市規劃為2026年冬季休息區和風箏節會場），請搭5號線到汝矣渡口站2號、3號出口。2025年使用的盤浦漢江公園，從9號線新盤浦站1號出口，或銅雀站（4號線與9號線）1號、2號出口步行約15分鐘。前往首爾艦公園，可從合井站（2號線與6號線）搭16號社區巴士，或從望遠站（6號線）搭9號社區巴士，在望遠漢江公園站下車。
從仁川機場出發
前往纛島：搭AREX到弘大入口站，轉乘2號線到建大入口站，再轉7號線坐一站到紫陽站。前往汝矣島：搭AREX到孔德站，轉乘5號線到汝矣渡口站。
從紫陽站到會場
首爾地鐵7號線，2號或3號出口。出站就是纛島漢江公園，約1分鐘
節慶接駁車
慶典沒有接駁車。漢江巴士（水上巴士）停靠纛島碼頭；2026年9月時票價為₩3,000，約每小時一班（hgbus.co.kr）。冬季慶典期間是否行駛未查證。
回程交通
近幾年的節目都在21:00前結束（2024年和2025年市集都到21:00，2024年圓頂屋到21:00），遠早於地鐵末班車。
停車
不建議開車。在漢江公園劃設車位以外的地方停車會被處以₩50,000罰鍰，首爾艦公園的停車位也有限；首爾市呼籲遊客搭乘大眾運輸前往。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

步行和公車路線請用Naver Map或Kakao Map；Google 地圖目前在韓國還無法提供步行導航。兩個App都可以切換為英文。Naver Map：選單（≡）→設定→語言（也可選日文和中文）。Kakao Map：選單（≡）→設定→應用程式設定→語言。如果找不到該選項，可先變更手機的系統語言，再重新開啟App。小店名稱和部分評論仍為韓文。

- 人潮不少：首爾市統計2024年冬季檔期約有630,000人次到訪，2024至25年雪季雪橇場有141,134人次，是開設以來最多的一季。
- 最佳造訪時間
- 平日下午去逛市集，待到天黑看燈光；或在平安夜和聖誕節當天去看市集的晚間演出（2025年為19:00）。
- 攜帶物品
- 河畔寒冷又沒有遮蔽，請穿足冬衣；玩雪橇要帶手套和帽子；另外準備餐車和體驗活動要花的錢。
- 雨天
- 天氣會影響節目：2025年天冷時春ON漢江縮短開放；遇到懸浮微粒警報或惡劣天氣，雪橇場會調整時間或關閉（2026年2月13日因懸浮微粒停止營業）。
- 無障礙通行
- 身心障礙卡持有者與陪同者玩雪橇半價。2023年首爾市為身心障礙者增設雪橇升降設備，並舉辦身心障礙者雪橇日；是否延續未公布。
- 寵物
- 狗可以進入漢江公園，但須繫牽繩或胸背帶，飼主須攜帶撿便袋（首爾市2026年慶典摺頁上的規定）。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
望遠漢江公園裡的河畔博物館公園，可以登上3艘退役軍艦：開放艦橋、雷達室、艦長室和艙房的巡防艦「首爾艦」、1978年建造的參鯊魚級快艇，以及潛艦「海豚號」；首爾市2026年的計畫把這裡的聖誕展覽列入冬季檔期。冬季開放時間10:00–18:00（17:30停止入場），週一和1月1日休館，成人₩3,000。白天來參觀，傍晚再去市集。小提醒：週一休館，那天可以改去首爾冬日嘉年華。
怎麼去：搭6號線到望遠站1號出口，轉搭麻浦09路公車到「漢江公園入口」，再步行約7分鐘
首爾市在市中心舉辦的12月至1月免費慶典：清溪川花燈、光化門市集、光化門和DDP的「首爾之光」媒體藝術秀，以及首爾廣場溜冰場。燈光要天黑後才好看，適合白天去過汝矣島或雪橇場後的晚上；聖誕市集在2024年和2025年都是21:00打烊。2026年日期尚未公布。小提醒：從市廳站4號或5號出口步行約5分鐘到清溪廣場，沿著花燈往東走。
