现场体验
自2004年12月起，首尔市政府每年冬天都在市厅前的椭圆形草坪首尔广场铺设户外滑冰场，价格也一直保持开业时的水平：每场1小时₩1,000，含冰鞋和头盔。滑冰场是市政府12月至1月“首尔冬日嘉年华”中唯一的收费项目。2025/26年这一季以“Winter Ring”为主题，冰面四周环绕着亮着黄灯的菱形光环，52天里共有180,701人次滑冰，日均约3,475人次。其中外国游客49,693人次，比上一季增加30%以上，外国人占四分之一以上。
滑冰场按固定场次运营。每场1小时，之后有30分钟浇冰整冰，因此周日至周五的开场时间为10:00、11:30、13:00、14:30、16:00、17:30、19:00和20:30，周六和公休日另加22:00–23:00的第9场。12月24日和31日还有23:30–00:30的第10场。每场最多600人：300张门票提前7天在seoulskate.kr网上销售，300张当天在现场先到先得。周末晚上的场次往往很快在网上售罄。持有Discover Seoul Pass（首尔市面向外国游客的旅游通票）可免费滑冰，20人以上团体提前预约可享30%折扣。
规则简单但执行严格：必须戴头盔（免费）和手套，手机不能带上冰面，儿童须年满7岁，7岁儿童须由监护人陪同滑冰（2023/24年和2025/26年报道的规则）。另设儿童冰场，还有收费的初学者辅助器和小班课程，冰鞋租借柜台标有海外鞋码。储物柜₩1,000（2024/25年）。冰场周边有小吃店、咖啡馆、休息区和医务室，2025/26年这一季还有群山的地方特产市集。
需要注意的是：冰场在户外，遇雨雪或发布细颗粒物预警时场次会取消，已预约者会收到短信通知。滑冰季很短，约七周，其余时间广场恢复为草坪。跨年夜不闭场，但附近普信阁的跨年敲钟会让周边从18:00起封路，人潮十分拥挤。滑冰场在COVID-19疫情期间的几个冬季停办，2022年12月时隔三年重新开放；2025/26年这一季结束时，市政府表示下一季将于2026年12月18日开放。

交通指南
从首尔出发
乘地铁1号线或2号线到市厅站；5号出口就在首尔广场旁，步行约1分钟到滑冰场。从首尔站乘1号线往北，下一站就是市厅站。滑冰场铺在首尔市厅前的草坪上，地址为中区Eulji-ro（을지로）12；隔着世宗大路对面是德寿宫大汉门，往北走一小段就是清溪川彩灯的起点清溪广场。
从釜山出发
从釜山站乘KTX到首尔站，约2小时30分钟（2026年9月1日起普通车厢票价₩54,400），再换乘1号线到市厅站，从5号出口出站。
从仁川机场出发
乘机场铁路（AREX）直达列车到首尔站（中途不停，约40分钟，₩13,000），再换乘1号线到市厅站，从5号出口出站。
从市厅站到会场
首尔地铁1号线和2号线，5号出口。步行约1分钟到首尔广场滑冰场
返程
大多数日子不用担心：最后一场21:30结束，周六和公休日23:00结束。12月24日和31日的加场00:30结束，请先查好末班车时间；2025年跨年夜，首尔地铁运营到02:00左右，市厅站2号线末班车分别为01:54和01:43。
停车
韩国观光公社日文介绍称有停车场，但没有详细信息；冬季庆典期间广场周边道路拥堵，跨年夜普信阁一带还会封路，建议乘地铁。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

- 首尔彩灯节 (서울빛초롱축제)。从市厅往北步行一小段即到的清溪广场起，沿清溪川展出免费彩灯造型，12月中旬至1月举行。
- 德寿宫王宫守门将交接仪式 (서울 왕궁수문장 교대의식) — 世宗大路对面。首尔市在德寿宫大汉门前举行的免费守门将交接仪式，与滑冰场隔世宗大路相对，除周一外每天11:00和14:00举行。
- 光化门广场市集 (광화문 마켓)。位于世宗大路北端光化门广场的免费圣诞市集，定于2026年12月11日至2027年1月10日举行。
- 普信阁 (보신각)。钟路上的钟楼，跨年夜午夜敲钟33下，是首尔冬日嘉年华的高潮。

首尔广场滑冰场多少钱？
每场1小时₩1,000，含冰鞋和头盔租借，护膝也免费。价格自2004年开业以来从未变过。持Discover Seoul Pass免费，20人以上团体可享30%折扣，2024/25年这一季储物柜为₩1,000。
2026/27年冬季什么时候开放？

遇雨雪、发布细颗粒物预警或实施细颗粒物紧急减排措施期间，以及设施检修时，场次会取消。网上预约者会收到短信，售票处外也会显示运营情况。据一份2025/26年的指南，因天气取消的场次全额退款。
平安夜和跨年夜开放吗？
开放，而且比平时晚：2025年12月24日和31日加开一场到00:30。跨年夜附近普信阁有敲钟仪式，18:00起封路，人潮拥挤；2025年地铁运营到02:00左右。
