活動特色
聞慶是位於慶尚北道西北部的山城，當地牛肉以「藥石韓牛」品牌販售。這些牛是閹割的韓國本土牛（韓牛），從約6個月大起，以摻有藥石粉的飼料飼養約270天。藥石（약돌）是一種偉晶岩，只產於加恩邑Suye-ri（수예리）。約270家指定農戶飼養約12,000頭牛，牛肉透過聞慶畜產合作社販售。每年秋天，市政府、畜產合作社和慶典委員會以這個品牌為主題，在聞慶鳥嶺道立公園舉辦為期三天的慶典；公園就在古老山嶺古道的山腳下，這條古道是聞慶最有名的景點（2025年遊客約405萬人次）。
玩法很簡單：便宜買牛肉，當場烤來吃。畜產合作社設有肉品販售櫃台和超大烤肉區。2023至2025年，牛小排、沙朗、肩胛肉等部位以比市價低20%至33%的價格販售，烤肉區可同時容納的人數為2023年1,000人、2024年900人、2025年800人。周邊還有藥石韓牛和藥石豬肉的免費試吃、在地農特產品攤位（2025年32個）、開幕式、週六和閉幕式的Trot演唱會、集結園遊會遊戲的「韓牛遊樂場」、比腕力挑戰、聞慶各鄉鎮之間的歌唱比賽，最後一天還會為購買牛肉的遊客抽獎。2025年搭KTX前來的遊客可獲得抽獎券和在地特產優惠券。
2026年的第15屆原訂於10月9日至11日全面舉辦。但鄰近的醴泉爆發口蹄疫後，市政府將其縮小為「聞慶藥石韓牛相生市集」：優惠販售和烤肉區照常在鳥嶺進行，入口鋪設消毒墊並配置防疫人員，大部分慶典活動則盡量精簡。首日約有2,000人到場。截至2026年10月18日，2027年的日期尚未公布。
有幾點要先知道：這是附帶娛樂節目的牛肉市集，主要以韓國國內遊客為對象，舞台表演和比賽都以韓語進行。入場免費，但牛肉要付錢，而且各部位價格沒有公布。交通需要事先規劃：從板橋到聞慶站的KTX-Eum每天只有4班，而且從聞慶站無法步行到鳥嶺；巴士票若寫著「店村」，是開往市中心的，那裡距離鳥嶺20公里以上。值得一去的理由是環境：慶典正值韓國最受歡迎的古道之一的賞楓季節，和同一公園舉辦的聞慶蘋果節時間也很接近。

從首爾出發
巴士：從東首爾綜合客運站搭市外巴士到鳥嶺山腳下的聞慶邑「聞慶公用巴士站」（문경공용버스정류장），每天約11班：約2小時20分（₩14,200），優等巴士1小時54分（₩19,800）。之後搭計程車或免費市區公車前往公園。火車：從板橋（從江南搭新盆唐線約14分鐘）搭KTX-Eum到聞慶站，每天約4班，1小時34分，₩17,400；再搭免費的急行1號市區公車或計程車前往鳥嶺。不要買到店村的巴士票：店村是市中心，距鳥嶺20公里以上。
從釜山出發
釜山綜合巴士客運站（老圃，地鐵1號線老圃站）與店村客運站之間有巴士往來，需2小時47分（優等巴士₩27,900）；店村開往釜山每天約6班，請在慶典當天之前到客運站查好往返兩個方向的發車時刻。釜山綜合巴士客運站沒有開往聞慶邑巴士站的班次，而店村是市中心，距鳥嶺20公里以上，所以最後要搭計程車或免費市區公車前往（據一篇旅遊部落格，從店村搭21號約45分鐘）。也可以搭KTX到東大邱，再從東大邱客運站搭巴士到店村（1小時48分至1小時55分，優等巴士₩16,700）。
從聞慶站（KTX-Eum）到會場
中部內陸線（板橋發車的KTX-Eum）。無法步行抵達；搭免費的急行1號市區公車（路線資訊來自旅遊部落格）或計程車前往聞慶鳥嶺
節慶接駁車
目前沒有慶典接駁車的相關資料。聞慶的市區公車自2025年1月1日起對所有人（包括觀光客）免費，市政府表示將在聞慶站增開配合KTX時刻的公車，並新增連接車站與鳥嶺的觀光循環路線；一個旅遊部落格提到急行1號的路線（……馬城→聞慶站→聞慶鳥嶺）。2025年搭KTX前來的遊客可獲得抽獎券、在地特產優惠券和紀念品。
回程交通
2025年慶典於17:00結束。聞慶站與板橋之間的KTX-Eum每天只有約4班，火車和巴士時刻也會調整（Korail已於2026年11月1日調整時刻表）：請在慶典當天之前，用Korail App（코레일+ / Korail+）查好末班車，並到客運站查好從聞慶公用巴士站開往東首爾綜合客運站的末班巴士。請預留從鳥嶺到車站或巴士站的公車或計程車時間。
停車
聞慶鳥嶺道立公園的停車場約可停2,500輛車（《每日新聞》，2022年）；2023年的慶典就在第1停車場舉辦。停車費未查證。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

- 聞慶鳥嶺古道與三座關門 (문경새재 (주흘관·조곡관·조령관)) — 從慶典會場出發。穿過主屹關、鳥谷關、鳥嶺關的林間步道，三座關門始建於1594年至18世紀初（第二、第三關門於1970年代修復）；來回約四小時，從入口到第一關門有動物造型的電動遊園車。
