どんな祭り？
慶尚北道の北西部にある山あいの都市・聞慶は、地元の牛肉を「ヤクトル韓牛」というブランドで売り出しています。去勢した韓国在来牛（韓牛）を生後約6か月から約270日間、ヤクトル（약돌）の粉末を混ぜた飼料で育てます。ヤクトルは加恩邑スエリ（수예리）でしか採れないペグマタイトという石です。指定農家約270戸が約12,000頭を飼育し、肉は聞慶畜産業協同組合を通じて販売されています。毎年秋、市と畜協、祭りの推進委員会がこのブランドを3日間の祭りに仕立て、市で最も有名な観光地である古い峠道のふもと、聞慶セジェ道立公園（2025年の来訪者は約405万人）で開催します。
仕組みはシンプルで、牛肉を安く買ってその場で焼いて食べます。畜協が精肉の販売所と大規模な焼き場を設けます。2023～2025年はカルビ、サーロイン、ザブトンなどの部位が相場より20～33%安く売られ、焼き場の収容人数は一度に2023年が1,000人、2024年が900人、2025年が800人でした。周りには、ヤクトル韓牛とヤクトル豚の無料試食、地元の特産品ブース（2025年は32か所）、開幕式・土曜日・閉幕式のトロットコンサート、縁日風のゲームを集めた「韓牛ゲームセンター」、腕相撲チャレンジ、聞慶の各邑・面・洞による歌合戦があり、最終日には牛肉購入者向けの抽選会があります。2025年はKTXで来た人に抽選券と地元特産品のクーポンが配られました。
第15回の2026年は、10月9日～11日に本格的な祭りとして開く予定でした。しかし隣の醴泉で口蹄疫が発生したため、市は規模を縮小して「聞慶ヤクトル韓牛相生市場」としました。割引販売と焼き場はセジェで予定どおり行われ、入口には消毒マットが置かれ、防疫担当のスタッフが配置されましたが、祭りのイベントの多くは最小限に抑えられました。初日の来場者は約2,000人でした。2026年10月18日時点で、2027年の日程は発表されていません。
注意点もあります。これはエンターテインメントが付いた牛肉市場で、主に国内の来場者向けです。ステージや大会は韓国語で行われます。入場は無料ですが牛肉は有料で、部位ごとの価格は公表されていません。アクセスにも計画が必要です。板橋から聞慶駅へのKTX-Eumは1日4本しかなく、駅からセジェまでは歩けません。また「店村（チョムチョン）」と書かれたバスの切符は市の中心部行きで、中心部はセジェから20km以上離れています。そのぶん舞台は魅力的で、韓国屈指の人気の峠道が紅葉に染まる季節に開かれ、同じ公園で開かれる聞慶リンゴ祭りとも時期が近くなっています。

ソウルから
バス：東ソウル総合ターミナルから、セジェのふもとの町・聞慶邑にある聞慶共用バス停留所（문경공용버스정류장）まで市外バスが1日約11本運行しています。所要は約2時間20分（₩14,200）、優等バスなら1時間54分（₩19,800）です。そこからタクシーか無料の市内バスで公園へ向かいます。鉄道：板橋（江南から新盆唐線で約14分）からKTX-Eumで聞慶駅へ。1日約4本、所要1時間34分、₩17,400です。その後、無料の急行1番の市内バスかタクシーでセジェへ向かいます。店村行きのバスの切符は買わないでください。店村は市の中心部で、セジェから20km以上離れています。
釜山から
釜山総合バスターミナル（老圃、地下鉄1号線老圃駅）と店村ターミナルの間をバスが2時間47分（優等₩27,900）で結んでいます。店村発釜山行きは1日約6本なので、祭りの日より前に両方向の時刻をターミナルで確認してください。釜山総合バスターミナルには聞慶邑の停留所へ行くバスがなく、店村は市の中心部でセジェから20km以上離れているため、最後はタクシーか無料の市内バスで向かいます（旅行ブログによると店村から21番で約45分）。または東大邱までKTXで行き、東大邱ターミナルから店村行きのバス（1時間48分～1時間55分、優等₩16,700）に乗る方法もあります。
聞慶駅（KTX-Eum）から会場まで

シャトルバス
祭りのシャトルバスは確認されていません。聞慶の市内バスは2025年1月1日から観光客を含め誰でも無料で、市は聞慶駅でKTXの時刻に合わせたバスの増便と、駅とセジェを結ぶ観光循環ルートの整備を進めるとしています。旅行ブログには急行1番の路線（…マソン（마성）→聞慶駅→聞慶セジェ）が紹介されています。2025年はKTXで来た来場者に抽選券、地元特産品のクーポン、記念品が配られました。
帰り方
2025年の祭りは17:00に終了しました。聞慶駅と板橋を結ぶKTX-Eumは1日約4本しかなく、列車とバスの時刻は変わります（Korailは2026年11月1日に改正）。祭りの日より前に、Korailアプリ（코레일+／Korail+）で終電を、ターミナルで聞慶共用バス停留所発東ソウル行きの最終便を確認してください。セジェから駅やバス停までのバスやタクシーの時間も見込んでおきましょう。
駐車場
聞慶セジェ道立公園には約2,500台分の駐車場があります（毎日新聞、2022年）。2023年の祭りは第1駐車場そのものを会場にしました。駐車料金は確認していません。
Google マップは韓国では電車・地下鉄・バスの経路を表示できますが、徒歩や車のルート案内にはまだ対応していません。駅から会場までの徒歩ルートは、NAVERマップかカカオマップのほうが確実です。

周辺の見どころ
- 聞慶セジェの峠道と3つの関門 (문경새재 (주흘관·조곡관·조령관)) — 祭り会場が起点。1594年から18世紀初めにかけて築かれた主屹関・鳥谷関・鳥嶺関（第2・第3関門は1970年代に復元）を通る森の道です。往復約4時間で、入口から第1関門までは動物の形をした電動カートが走っています。
- 聞慶セジェオープンセット場 (문경새재 오픈세트장) — 公園内。公園内にある時代劇の撮影村です。65歳以上の高齢者、登録障害者、国家有功者は身分証の提示で無料になります。
- 聞慶リンゴ祭り (문경사과축제) — 同じ公園。市のカムホン（甘紅）リンゴの祭りで、2026年10月17日～11月1日、09:00～18:00、入場無料です。
- 聞慶ヤクトル韓牛タウン (문경약돌한우타운) — 聞慶邑内。聞慶邑にある牛肉料理店の複合施設で、隣の精肉店では韓牛を相場のほぼ半額で販売しています。祭りの日以外にヤクトル韓牛を味わえます。
