现场体验
闻庆是位于庆尚北道西北部的山城，当地牛肉以“药石韩牛”品牌销售。这些牛是阉割的韩国本土牛（韩牛），从约6个月大起，用掺有药石粉的饲料喂养约270天。药石（약돌）是一种伟晶岩，只产于加恩邑Suye-ri（수예리）。约270家指定农户饲养着约12,000头牛，牛肉通过闻庆畜产业协同组合（畜协）销售。每年秋天，市政府、畜协和庆典推进委员会把这个品牌办成为期三天的庆典，地点是闻庆鸟岭道立公园，就在全市最有名的景点——古老的鸟岭山道山脚下（2025年游客约405万人次）。
玩法很简单：便宜买牛肉，当场烤来吃。畜协设有鲜肉售卖点和超大烤肉区。2023年至2025年，肋排、西冷、牛小排（살치살）等部位以比市价低20%至33%的价格出售，烤肉区可同时容纳的人数为2023年1,000人、2024年900人、2025年800人。周边还有药石韩牛和药石猪肉的免费试吃、本地农特产品摊位（2025年32个）、开幕式、周六和闭幕式的Trot演唱会、汇集游园小游戏的“韩牛游戏厅”、掰手腕挑战、闻庆各邑面洞之间的歌唱比赛，最后一天还会为购买牛肉的游客抽奖。2025年乘KTX前来的游客可获得抽奖券和本地特产优惠券。
2026年第15届原计划于10月9日至11日全面举办。但邻近的醴泉暴发口蹄疫后，市政府将其缩小为“闻庆药石韩牛相生集市”：优惠售卖和烤肉区照常在鸟岭进行，入口铺设消毒垫并配备防疫人员，大部分庆典活动则尽量精简。首日约有2,000人到场。截至2026年10月18日，2027年的日期尚未公布。
需要注意的是：这是一个带娱乐节目的牛肉集市，主要面向韩国本地游客，舞台表演和比赛都用韩语进行。入场免费，但牛肉要花钱，各部位价格没有公布。交通需要提前规划：从板桥到闻庆站的KTX-Eum每天只有4班，而且车站离鸟岭较远，无法步行前往；另外，写着“店村”的巴士票是开往市中心的，距离鸟岭20多公里。值得一去的理由是环境：庆典正值赏枫季节，地点又是韩国最受欢迎的徒步古道之一，与在同一公园举办的闻庆苹果节时间也很接近。

从首尔出发
巴士：从东首尔综合客运站乘市外巴士到鸟岭山脚下闻庆邑的“闻庆公用巴士站”（문경공용버스정류장），每天约11班：普通座约2小时20分（₩14,200），优等座1小时54分（₩19,800）。之后乘出租车或免费市内公交前往公园。火车：从板桥（从江南乘新盆唐线约14分钟）乘KTX-Eum到闻庆站，每天约4班，1小时34分，₩17,400；再乘免费的急行1路市内公交或出租车前往鸟岭。不要买去店村的巴士票：店村是市中心，距鸟岭20多公里。
从釜山出发
釜山综合巴士客运站（老圃，地铁1号线老圃站）与店村客运站之间有巴士往来，需2小时47分（优等座₩27,900）；店村开往釜山每天约6班，请在庆典当天之前到客运站查好往返两个方向的发车时刻。釜山综合巴士客运站没有开往闻庆邑巴士站的班次，而店村是市中心，距鸟岭20多公里，所以最后要乘出租车或免费市内公交前往（据一篇旅游博客，从店村乘21路约45分钟）。也可以乘KTX到东大邱，再从东大邱客运站乘巴士到店村（1小时48分至1小时55分，优等座₩16,700）。
从闻庆站（KTX-Eum）到会场
中部内陆线（板桥始发的KTX-Eum）。无法步行到达；乘免费的急行1路市内公交（线路信息来自旅游博客）或出租车前往闻庆鸟岭
节庆接驳车
未查到庆典接驳车。闻庆的市内公交自2025年1月1日起对所有人（包括游客）免费，市政府表示将在闻庆站增开配合KTX时刻的公交，并开通连接车站与鸟岭的旅游环线；一篇旅游博客提到急行1路的线路（……马城（마성）→闻庆站→闻庆鸟岭）。2025年乘KTX前来的游客可获得抽奖券、本地特产优惠券和纪念品。
返程
2025年庆典17:00结束。闻庆站与板桥之间的KTX-Eum每天只有约4班，火车和巴士时刻也会调整（Korail已于2026年11月1日调整时刻表）：请在庆典当天之前，通过Korail App（코레일+ / Korail+）查好末班车，并到客运站查好从闻庆公用巴士站开往东首尔的末班巴士。请预留从鸟岭到车站或巴士站的公交或出租车时间。
停车
闻庆鸟岭道立公园的停车场约可停2,500辆车（《每日新闻》，2022年）；2023年的庆典就在第1停车场举办。停车费未核实。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。
