活動特色
洪城是忠清南道的郡治小鎮，從2023年起，每年10月下旬或11月上旬都會利用一個連續數天的週末，在城牆環繞的老城洪州邑城（史蹟第231號）內外舉辦燒烤節；郡廳和朝陽門都位在邑城範圍內。第1屆與白種元領軍的餐飲企業The Born Korea（더본코리아）合辦，吸引約400,000人；第2屆約550,000人；2025年的第3屆依手機大數據統計，四天共約600,000人。玩法很單純：烤架和煙燻爐散布在老城街道上，每一處用不同方式烤肉。往年菜色有風車燒烤、隧道燒烤和烤雞（2024年），2025年則推出郡裡自創的甕缸燒烤和鐵鍋蓋烤五花肉。「全球」的部分來自外地來的隊伍：2025年有一支曼菲斯五月烤肉大賽（Memphis in May）冠軍隊伍送出1,000份豬肉試吃，另有來自越南、泰國和烏茲別克的隊伍。在韓牛區和豬肉區，在地業者以節慶優惠價販售肉品（2025年豬肉最多比市價便宜40%），買了可以拿到自助燒烤區自己烤；洪城常設市場內還有第二個燒烤區。美食之外，主舞台有開幕與閉幕表演、K-pop、嘻哈和EDM，另有手作體驗；2025年以復古遊樂園為主題，晚上還有無人機燈光秀；同一時間，鎮上也在舉辦洪城愛菊花節。2026年第4屆於10月29日至11月1日舉行，免費入場。今年新增兩座高5公尺以上的「洪城天空塔」烤爐，供應洪城韓牛肉串；主燒烤區擴大約360坪（約1,190平方公尺），座位也更多；還有來自美國、泰國、越南、柬埔寨和中亞的燒烤料理。據新聞報導，主舞台演出每天17:00–18:00，11月1日以煙火作結。有幾點要先知道：人潮非常洶湧，週六尤其擁擠（2025年週六有226,000人）；熱門攤位會賣完；沒有找到英文資訊；餐飲價格不會事先公布；2026年每天的開放時間尚未正式公布；從首爾搭一般列車約需兩小時，請配合最後幾班車安排行程。

從首爾出發
從龍山站搭長項線列車到洪城站：每天約15班，ITX-Maeum或新村號（Saemaeul）約需2小時至2小時10分（₩14,300），無窮花號（Mugunghwa）約需2小時10分至2小時20分（₩9,600）；沒有KTX。也可從首爾中央城市客運站（湖南線）搭高速巴士到洪城客運站：大約每小時一班，車程1小時54分，一般₩11,100、優等₩16,300。火車站和巴士客運站都在鎮外圍的Goam-ri（고암리）；節慶在老城中心的洪州邑城與郡廳（Amun-gil（아문길）27）一帶，從這裡搭計程車很快就到。
從仁川機場出發
洪城客運站每天有數班直達仁川機場的巴士（到第1航廈約2小時34分，優等₩23,200、Premium ₩30,200），出發前請在客運站查詢發車時間。從機場開往洪城的班次時間未查證。
從洪城站到會場

節慶接駁車

回程交通
Korail新時刻表自2026年11月1日（節慶最後一天）起實施，節慶期間的列車時刻未查證，請在節慶當天之前用Korail+ App（코레일+，KTX和原SRT列車現在都在這裡訂票）或到洪城站查詢洪城往龍山（約2小時）的末班車。洪城客運站也有往首爾中央城市客運站和東首爾綜合客運站的高速巴士，末班車請在客運站查詢。2026年的閉場時間尚未正式公布（一個節慶資訊網站列為21:00）；11月1日煙火（18:00–19:00）結束後人潮多，請預留時間。
停車
截至2026年10月27日，2026年的停車計畫尚未公布。往屆的訪客停車場分散在老城周邊的臨時停車場，部分學校操場只在特定日子開放；2025年約有600,000人次到訪，搭火車或巴士比較省事。非節慶期間，歷史館和郡廳停車場免費。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
舊洪州的邑城（史蹟第231號），最早見於1451年的記載：周長1,772公尺的城牆現存約810公尺，有修復的南門洪化門、修復的獄舍與水井，以及義兵公園；1906年的洪州城之戰點燃了全國的義兵起義。節慶會場就設在城牆周圍，可以在17:00主舞台演出前趁天亮沿城牆走走；公園全天開放，免費。小提醒：從城內的歷史館開始逛。
怎麼去：節慶會場（燒烤區設在城牆內外）；步行，免費
位於城牆內（Amun-gil（아문길）20）的免費郡立博物館，展出洪城與忠清南道內浦地區的文物和史料，很適合當作認識邑城的第一站。10月31日前開放時間為09:00–18:00，11月1日起為09:00–17:00，只有週一休館，所以節慶每一天都能參觀：請在17:00主舞台演出前去。小提醒：11月1日（週日）17:00閉館，比煙火早一小時。
