活動特色
「醃越冬泡菜」（김장，Kimjang）是韓國家庭每到深秋，一次醃好整個冬天份量泡菜的大工程；位於忠清北道山區的農業郡槐山，就以這項習俗為主題辦起了慶典。1996年，槐山文光面的農家在韓國率先開始販售醃漬白菜；「槐山鄉村醃白菜」（괴산시골절임배추）2024年賣出約100萬箱20公斤裝。慶典始於2019年，把這項特產變成親手體驗的活動，會場位於槐山邑郡廳前的有機農業博覽會廣場。
慶典的重頭戲需要事先預約。在主舞台的「一站式」場次中，你會拿到洗淨醃好的槐山白菜和一份調好的泡菜餡料，在桌前把餡料抹進菜葉，再把自己醃的泡菜帶走。2026年20公斤套組為₩148,000（友善環境栽培白菜為₩170,000），10公斤套組為₩76,000（₩86,000），與2025年相同。「得來速」方式在2026年移到槐山綜合運動場，每輛車都有自己的攤位，醃好的泡菜可以直接放進後車廂。場次在10:00、12:00、14:00和16:00開始（首日只有下午場），2025年在慶典開幕前1,001個名額就已全部額滿。
醃泡菜區周邊的節目都是免費的：泡菜名人專區、全國醃泡菜大賽和槐山各村名人之間的比賽、販售醃白菜、辣椒和蝦醬的市集、美食街、營火燒烤區、新增的觀眾參與式戶外劇，以及每晚的演唱會，11月6日和8日還有煙火。2026年每天都有醃泡菜主題：11月5日（週四）以外國遊客為對象，週五為身心障礙人士，週六為兒童，週日為青少年。2025年首次辦成四天，吸引約123,000人。
有幾點要先知道：這是實際動手醃泡菜，不是試吃會，你會帶著10或20公斤泡菜離開，搭巴士提著很重，帶上飛機也不方便。預約要透過慶典網站gimjang.kr，也查不到英語服務的相關說明。從槐山開往首爾的最後幾班巴士傍晚就發車，想看晚間演唱會和煙火就得在當地住一晚或開車前往。如果慶典場次已滿，郡內15家農家整個11月都提供鄉村醃泡菜體驗。

從首爾出發
槐山沒有火車站。從東首爾綜合客運站（地鐵2號線江邊站）到槐山市外巴士客運站的市外巴士每天約10班，表定車程1小時54分，成人₩14,700。首爾中央城市客運站（地鐵高速巴士客運站站）每天也有約15班開往槐山，同樣約1小時54分，₩14,700。慶典期間的發車時刻未查證，出發前請向客運站確認。慶典會場在槐山邑郡廳前的有機農業博覽會廣場，與客運站在同一個鎮上，可步行或搭計程車前往。開車則走中部內陸高速公路到槐山IC，再約30公里（約25分鐘）到鎮上。
從釜山出發
沒有直達巴士（槐山客運站未列出釜山路線），也沒有鐵路。從釜山綜合巴士客運站（老圃，地鐵1號線老圃站）搭高速巴士到清州高速巴士客運站（臨時站址，佳景洞，가경동）；依清州往釜山的時刻表每天6班，需2小時52分，優等₩31,500，Premium₩40,900。再轉往清州市外巴士客運站（Pungsan路6號，풍산로 6），搭每天6班開往槐山的巴士（1小時20分至1小時39分，₩8,100；發車時刻請向客運站確認），之後依上述方式步行或搭計程車前往會場。也可以搭KTX到首爾（約2小時30分），再依上述方式從首爾中央城市客運站搭巴士。
從槐山市外巴士客運站（槐山沒有火車站）到會場
來自東首爾綜合客運站和首爾中央城市客運站的市外巴士及高速巴士。與慶典會場同在槐山邑；步行到有機農業博覽會廣場所需時間未公布（據郡方介紹，從客運站步行到鎮中心的Sanmagi市場約10分鐘）
節慶接駁車
截至2026年10月27日，查閱的郡方公告與新聞都未公布2026年的接駁車。2025年有旅遊部落格提到從槐山客運站發車的接駁車，但郡方從未證實，請勿指望；客運站與慶典會場在同一個鎮上。參加得來速醃泡菜需要自己的車。
回程交通
槐山沒有火車。慶典期間的末班巴士時刻未依客運業者的時刻表查證，這裡不列出：請在慶典前向槐山市外巴士客運站確認開往東首爾或首爾中央城市客運站的末班巴士。最後一場醃泡菜16:00開始，所以應該可以當天來回，但想看晚間演唱會以及11月6日和8日的煙火，就需要在槐山住宿或開車。慶典期間是否加開巴士尚未公布。
停車
參加得來速醃泡菜的車輛停在槐山綜合運動場內各自的攤位旁；為了紓解交通與停車壓力，這個場地取代了2025年的路邊場地。一篇2025年的旅遊部落格提到慶典停車場約可停1,000輛車；未找到2026年的停車地圖。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
槐山自1970年開設、有屋頂的傳統市場，約有200家店，可以買到郡內特產的清潔辣椒、辣椒粉、蔬菜和山產。營業時間07:00–19:00（各店不同），適合在上午的醃泡菜場次結束後，或回巴士客運站的路上順道逛逛。11月8日（週日）正逢五日市集（每月逢3、8的日子），村民也會擺賣自製大醬和現榨的油。小提醒：帶些現金，方便在攤位購物。
