现场体验
越冬泡菜（김장，kimjang）是指在深秋一次性腌好全家整个冬天要吃的泡菜。槐山是忠清北道山区的一个农业郡，围绕这一习俗办起了这个庆典。1996年，槐山文光面的农户在韩国率先开始销售腌渍白菜；2024年，“槐山乡村腌白菜”（괴산시골절임배추）卖出约100万箱20公斤装。庆典始于2019年，把这一特产变成亲手体验的活动，会场设在槐山邑郡厅前的有机农业博览会广场。
庆典的核心项目需要提前预约。在主舞台的“一站式”场次中，你会拿到洗净腌好的槐山白菜和一份调好的馅料，在桌前把馅料抹进菜叶，然后带走自己腌的泡菜。2026年20公斤套餐为₩148,000（环保白菜为₩170,000），10公斤套餐为₩76,000（环保₩86,000），与2025年相同。“免下车”方式2026年移到槐山综合运动场，每辆车一个独立摊位，腌好的泡菜可以直接放进后备箱。场次在10:00、12:00、14:00和16:00开始（首日只有下午场），2025年开幕前1,001个名额就已全部订满。
越冬泡菜体验区周边的节目都是免费的：泡菜名人专区、全国越冬泡菜大赛和槐山本地各村名人之间的比赛、售卖腌白菜、辣椒和虾酱的市场、美食街、篝火烧烤区、新增的观众参与式户外剧，以及每晚的演唱会，11月6日和8日还有烟花。2026年每天都有一个越冬泡菜主题：11月5日（周四）面向外国游客，周五面向残障人士，周六面向儿童，周日面向青少年。2025年首次办成四天，吸引了约123,000人。
需要注意的是：这是实打实的越冬泡菜腌制，而不是试吃会，你会带着10或20公斤泡菜离开，坐巴士搬运很重，带上飞机也不方便。预约通过庆典网站gimjang.kr进行，资料中未提及英语服务。槐山开往首尔的最后几班巴士傍晚就发车，想看晚间演唱会和烟花，就需要在当地住一晚或自驾。如果庆典场次已满，郡内15家农户整个11月都提供乡村越冬泡菜体验。

从首尔出发
槐山没有火车站。从东首尔综合客运站（地铁2号线江边站）开往槐山市外巴士公用客运站的市外巴士每天约10班，计划车程1小时54分钟，成人₩14,700。首尔中央城市客运站（地铁高速巴士客运站站）每天则有约15班开往槐山，同样约1小时54分钟，₩14,700。庆典期间的发车时刻未核实，出发前请向客运站确认。庆典会场在槐山邑郡厅前的有机农业博览会广场，与客运站在同一个镇上，可步行或打车前往。自驾经中部内陆高速公路至槐山IC，再行驶约30公里（约25分钟）到镇上。
从釜山出发
没有直达巴士（槐山客运站未列出釜山线路），也没有铁路。从釜山综合巴士客运站（老圃，地铁1号线老圃站）乘高速巴士到清州高速巴士客运站（临时站址，Gagyeong洞/가경동）；按清州开往釜山方向的时刻表，每天6班，需2小时52分钟，优等座₩31,500，高级座₩40,900。再换到清州市外巴士客运站（Pungsan路6号/풍산로 6），乘每天6班开往槐山的巴士之一（1小时20分钟–1小时39分钟，₩8,100；发车时刻请向客运站确认），之后按上述方式步行或打车前往会场。也可以乘KTX到首尔（约2小时30分钟），再按上述方式从首尔中央城市客运站乘巴士。
从槐山市外巴士公用客运站（槐山没有火车站）到会场

节庆接驳车
截至2026年10月27日，我们查阅的郡方公告和新闻均未公布2026年的接驳车。2025年有旅游博客提到从槐山客运站发车的接驳车，但郡方从未确认，请勿指望；客运站与庆典场地在同一镇上。参加免下车越冬泡菜体验需要自备车辆。
返程
槐山没有火车。庆典期间的末班巴士时刻未按运营公司的时刻表核实，这里不列出：请在庆典前向槐山市外巴士公用客运站确认开往东首尔或首尔中央城市客运站的末班巴士。最后一场越冬泡菜体验16:00开始，所以应该可以当天往返，但想看晚间演唱会以及11月6日和8日的烟花，就需要在槐山住一晚或自驾。庆典期间是否加开巴士尚未公布。
停车
参加免下车越冬泡菜体验的车辆停在槐山综合运动场内各自的摊位旁；为缓解交通和停车压力，这里取代了2025年的路边场地。一篇2025年的旅游博客称庆典停车场约可停1,000辆车；未找到2026年的停车地图。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。
槐山自1970年开设的室内传统市场，约有200家店铺，可以买到郡里特产的清洁辣椒、辣椒粉、蔬菜和山货。营业时间07:00–19:00（各店不同），适合在上午的越冬泡菜体验结束后，或返回巴士客运站的路上顺道逛逛。11月8日（周日）正逢五日集（每月逢3、8的日子），村民还会摆卖自制大酱和现榨的油。小贴士：带些现金，方便在摊位购物。

没有车的话，离开的唯一方式是乘坐槐山市外巴士公用客运站的市外巴士，客运站与会场在同一个镇上。晚间演唱会以及11月6日和8日的烟花结束得太晚，无法乘巴士当晚返回，庆典也没有公布加开巴士：到达后请在客运站确认开往东首尔或首尔中央城市客运站的末班巴士，或者在槐山住一晚。
