DESCRIPTION:The Goesan Kimjang Festival (괴산김장축제) is a four-day 
 kimchi-making festival on the Organic Expo Square in Goesan\, Chungcheongb
 uk-do\, the county where Korea's pre-salted cabbage trade began in 1996. T
 he 2026 edition runs 5–8 November\, 10:00–20:00. Entry is free\; a pre
 -booked kimjang session with 20 kg of salted Goesan cabbage and 7.5 kg of 
 seasoning costs ₩148\,000 (₩76\,000 for 10 kg). Goesan is about 2 hour
