どんな祭り？
忠清南道の洪城は郡の中心となる町で、2023年から毎年、10月下旬か11月上旬の週末にかけての数日間、城壁に囲まれた旧市街・洪州邑城（史跡第231号）とその周辺でバーベキューの祭りを開いています。邑城の敷地内には郡庁と朝陽門があります。第1回はペク・ジョンウォン氏が率いる外食企業ザ・ボーンコリアとの共同運営で約400,000人が訪れ、第2回は約550,000人、2025年の第3回は携帯電話のビッグデータによる集計で4日間に約600,000人を集めました。
スタイルはシンプルで、旧市街の通りにグリルやスモーカーが点在し、それぞれ異なる調理法で肉を焼きます。これまでのメニューには、2024年の風車バーベキュー、トンネルバーベキュー、チキンバーベキュー、2025年の郡オリジナルの甕（かめ）バーベキューや鉄釜のふたで焼くサムギョプサルがありました。「グローバル」を担うのは招待チームで、2025年にはメンフィス・イン・メイの優勝チームが豚肉の試食を1,000食分ふるまい、ベトナム、タイ、ウズベキスタンからもチームが参加しました。韓牛ゾーンと豚肉ゾーンでは地元の生産者が祭りの特別価格で精肉を販売し（2025年の豚肉は消費者価格より最大40%安）、買った肉はセルフで焼くゾーンに持ち込めます。洪城常設市場にも2つ目のグリルゾーンが設けられます。

駐車場
2026年10月27日時点で、2026年の駐車計画は公表されていません。過去の開催では来場者用の駐車場が旧市街の周りの臨時駐車場に分散し、一部の学校の校庭は特定の日だけ開放されました。2025年は約600,000人が訪れたので、列車かバスで行くほうが簡単です。祭りの期間以外は、歴史館と郡庁の駐車場が無料です。

シャトルバスや帰りの終電・最終バスに間に合う範囲で、祭りの前後に立ち寄れる場所です。
旧洪州の城郭都市（史跡第231号）で、1451年の記録に初めて登場します。周囲1,772mの城壁のうち約810mが残り、復元された南門の洪化門、復元された獄舎と井戸、義兵公園があります。1906年の洪州城の戦いは、全国の義兵蜂起のきっかけになりました。祭りの会場は城壁の周りに広がっているので、17:00のメインステージの前、明るいうちに城壁を歩きましょう。公園は24時間開放で、無料です。歩き始めは城内の歴史館がおすすめです。
行き方：祭りの会場（グリルゾーンは城壁の内外）。徒歩、無料
城内（Amun-gil（아문길）20）にある無料の郡立博物館で、洪城と忠清南道の内浦地方の遺物や資料を展示しています。邑城を理解するための最初の立ち寄り先に向いています。開館は10月31日までが09:00～18:00、11月1日からは09:00～17:00で、休館は月曜日だけなので、祭りの日はどれも入れます。17:00のメインステージの前に行きましょう。11月1日（日）は花火の1時間前の17:00に閉まります。
