活動特色
楊口北部的亥安盆地是一片圓形的農耕盆地，海拔400–500公尺，四周環繞著1,100公尺以上的群山。韓戰期間，聯合國軍替它取名「潘趣碗」，盆地北緣一直延伸到DMZ。如今它在韓國以乾蘿蔔葉聞名：也就是專為採葉而種植的蘿蔔所長的葉子，冬天在戶外經歷反覆凍融風乾，用來煮湯、做飯類料理和燉菜。專為乾蘿蔔葉培育的蘿蔔品種自2007年起在這裡種植，到2015年楊口農家的種植面積已達約480公頃。隨著氣候暖化，夜間涼爽的盆地也成了蘋果產區；2022年蘋果加入慶典，在此之前它至少從2014年起就以「DMZ潘趣碗乾蘿蔔葉節」的名義舉辦。
這是一場鄉村豐收市集，而不是大型表演。2026年的主題是「沉醉潘趣碗」（펀치볼에 빠지다），於11月6日（週五）至8日（週日）10:00–17:00在潘趣碗療癒之家前的場地舉行，由楊口文化財團營運。免費入場。現場有農民販售乾蘿蔔葉和蘋果的銷售區；在美食體驗區，農村體驗村的村民會帶你做乾蘿蔔葉三角飯捲或蘋果小點心；當地餐廳供應乾蘿蔔葉湯飯和乾蘿蔔葉豬肉蓋飯；還有兒童手作活動，以及舉辦音樂會和歌唱比賽的主舞台。今年新推出以蘋果和乾蘿蔔葉為原型的角色，用於拍照區和周邊商品。截至2026年10月19日，詳細日程尚未公布。

交通方式
從首爾出發
從東首爾綜合客運站搭市外巴士前往楊口：每天約17班，需1小時44分鐘至2小時19分鐘，一般₩16,700，優等₩21,800。楊口沒有鐵路。慶典不在楊口市區，而在Dolsanryeong隧道另一側的亥安盆地：從楊口邑可搭開往亥安的郡內農村公車（每天約7班；楊口郡自2025年1月起，郡內公車一律免費搭乘），或搭計程車。位於盆地北緣的乙支瞭望台距楊口市區約27公里，因此最後一段路程請預留充足時間。場地地址為Haeanseohwa-ro 15號，緊鄰楊口統一館。
節慶接駁車
所查閱的頁面中沒有2024–2026年慶典接駁公車的記載。楊口郡內公車（包括開往亥安的農村公車）自2025年1月起對所有乘客免費（郡政府2024年12月公布）。
回程交通
全國時刻表資料中，楊口有兩個客運站名稱（楊口市外巴士客運站和楊口正中央客運站），發車班次也不同；返回東首爾的時刻未能與業者現行時刻表查證，請在慶典日之前到楊口客運站確認開往東首爾的末班車。慶典17:00結束，之後還要翻過山口回到楊口市區；未找到從亥安出發的農村公車時刻，請在慶典服務台確認或預約計程車。
停車
慶典停車資訊未公布。隔壁的楊口統一館（Haeanseohwa-ro 35號）有約100個免費車位。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
位於盆地北緣、以北韓和韓戰為主題的免費展館，旁邊是介紹潘趣碗一帶戰役的楊口戰爭紀念館；乙支瞭望台和第4地道也在這裡登記。11月至2月開放時間為09:00–17:00（週一休館；慶典在週五至週日），與慶典時間相同。先辦好瞭望台登記，等候時再參觀展館。
怎麼去：就在隔壁，步行即到：統一館在Haeanseohwa-ro 35號，慶典場地在15號
