现场体验
杨口北部的亥安盆地是一片圆形的农耕盆地，海拔400–500米，四周环绕着1,100米以上的群山。朝鲜战争期间，联合国军给它取名“潘趣碗”，盆地北缘一直延伸到DMZ。如今它在韩国以干萝卜缨闻名：这是专为吃叶子而种的萝卜的缨子，冬天在室外经历反复冻融晾干，用来做汤、米饭类菜肴和炖菜。专为干萝卜缨培育的萝卜品种自2007年起在这里种植，到2015年杨口农户的种植面积已达约480公顷。随着气候变暖，夜间凉爽的盆地也成了苹果产区；2022年苹果加入庆典，此前它至少从2014年起就以“DMZ潘趣碗干萝卜缨节”的名义举办。
这是一场乡村丰收集市，而不是大型演出。2026年这一届的主题是“沉醉潘趣碗”（펀치볼에 빠지다），于11月6日（周五）至8日（周日）10:00–17:00在潘趣碗疗愈之家前的场地举行，由杨口文化财团运营。免费入场。现场有农户出售干萝卜缨和苹果的销售区；在美食体验区，农村体验村的村民会带你做干萝卜缨三角紫菜包饭或苹果小点心；当地餐馆供应干萝卜缨汤饭和干萝卜缨猪肉盖饭；还有儿童手工活动，以及举办音乐会和歌唱比赛的主舞台。今年新推出苹果和干萝卜缨吉祥物，用于拍照区和周边商品。截至2026年10月19日，详细日程尚未公布。
在DMZ附近游览须知：庆典场地位于一个约有1,200名居民的普通农业乡镇，经Dolsanryeong隧道的公路和郡内公交即可到达；我们查阅的资料都没有提到参加庆典本身需要许可或查验证件。盆地北缘的安保观光景点则不同。2025年3月重新开放的乙支瞭望台（海拔1,049米）和第4地道的参观都从庆典场地旁边的杨口统一馆出发：出示带照片的身份证件，接受简短的安保教育，佩戴访客证，然后分场次在引导下上山。按冬季时间表，须在14:30前到达统一馆。资料只写明“带照片的身份证件”，外国游客请携带护照。

交通指南
从首尔出发
从东首尔综合客运站乘市外巴士前往杨口：每天约17班，需1小时44分钟至2小时19分钟，普通座₩16,700，优等座₩21,800。杨口没有铁路。庆典不在杨口镇区，而在Dolsanryeong隧道另一侧的亥安盆地：从杨口邑可乘开往亥安的郡内农村公交（每天约7班；杨口郡自2025年1月起所有郡内公交对所有乘客免费），或打车前往。位于盆地北缘的乙支瞭望台距杨口镇区约27公里，因此最后一段路程请预留充足时间。场地地址为Haeanseohwa-ro 15号，紧邻杨口统一馆。
节庆接驳车
我们查阅的页面中没有2024–2026年庆典接驳巴士的记载。杨口郡内公交（包括开往亥安的农村公交）自2025年1月起对所有乘客免费（郡政府2024年12月公布）。
返程
全国时刻表数据中，杨口有两个客运站名称（杨口市外巴士客运站和杨口正中央客运站），发车班次也不同；返回东首尔的时刻未能与运营方现行时刻表核实，请在庆典日之前到杨口客运站确认开往东首尔的末班车。庆典17:00结束，之后还要翻过山口回到杨口镇区；未找到从亥安出发的农村公交时刻，请在庆典咨询处确认或预约出租车。
停车
庆典停车信息未公布。隔壁的杨口统一馆（Haeanseohwa-ro 35号）有约100个免费车位。

在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。
位于盆地北缘、以朝鲜和朝鲜战争为主题的免费展馆，旁边是介绍潘趣碗一带战斗的杨口战争纪念馆；乙支瞭望台和第4地道也在这里登记。11月至2月开放时间为09:00–17:00（周一闭馆；庆典在周五至周日），与庆典时间相同。先办好瞭望台登记，等候时再参观展馆。
怎么去：就在隔壁，步行即到：统一馆在Haeanseohwa-ro 35号，庆典场地在15号

- What foreign visitors must show for Eulji Observatory and the 4th Tunnel: the sources say only 'photo ID' (a passport is assumed); any nationality restrictions and tour fees were not found.
- Eulji Observatory cut-off times conflict: a listings site says arrive at the Unification Hall by 14:30 in winter, while the KTO mirror mentions last admission at 14:50.
