活動特色
淳昌是全北特別自治道南部的小郡，也是多數韓國人一提到辣椒醬（發酵紅辣椒醬）就會想到的地方。郡政府在1997年把當地的辣椒醬業者集中到傳統辣椒醬民俗村，如今旁邊還有淳昌發酵主題公園。自2024年起，郡屬的淳昌發酵觀光財團利用這兩處場地，舉辦以辣炒年糕為主題的週末慶典——這道辣味年糕料理的風味正是來自辣椒醬。
2024年11月的第一屆有18個攤位團隊。2025年名稱加上「Korea」後，規模擴大到約80個攤位，其中46個販售辣炒年糕或小吃，兩天吸引約40,000人次；2026年1月獲全北特別自治道評為優秀地方慶典。慶典的核心是淳昌11個邑面各自用在地辣椒醬、加上地方特色做出自己的炒年糕，例如番茄、薊草辣椒醬、栗子或金針菇「雪花」炒年糕，以小碗販售，旁邊還有全國品牌、在地店家和大學烹飪團隊的攤位。
2026年是第三屆，於11月21日至22日舉行。主辦單位列出5個區域共37個餐飲攤位，另設美食廣場，供想吃炒年糕以外餐點的人選擇。其他活動包括：《黑白大廚：料理階級大戰》中人稱「Manjjitnam（만찢남）」的Cho Kwang-hyo（조광효）主廚帶來的融合炒年糕烹飪秀；跟辣椒醬名匠一起做醬料，以及有導覽的健康散步（各₩5,000）；遍及主題公園和民俗村的免費AR集章；街頭繪畫比賽；快閃舞、國樂、亂打秀和偶戲；週六晚上還能和知名露營YouTuber一起在草地上免費露營。免費入場。
本慶典和規模更大的淳昌醬類節（發酵調味醬慶典）是不同的活動；後者10月在同一場地舉行（2026年為10月15日至18日）。
有幾點要先知道：淳昌離首爾很遠。直達高速巴士每天只有3班左右（3小時19分），回首爾的末班車可能比慶典結束還早發車（請在客運站確認），因此大多數從首爾出發的旅客需要住一晚，或經光州、南原或全州往返。2025年要用手機掃QR code點餐，讓部分年長遊客摸不著頭緒，而且菜單幾乎只有炒年糕。慶典網站和節目介紹都只有韓文。

適合對象： 最適合美食愛好者、帶小孩的家庭和K-food粉絲，想在鄉下小鎮花小錢、動手體驗街頭美食和辣椒醬文化；不太適合想從首爾快速當天來回的人（直達巴士班次少，回程末班車可能在活動結束前就發車），也不適合想在炒年糕和小吃之外有更多選擇的人。

從首爾出發
從首爾高速巴士客運站（中央城市，湖南線）搭直達高速巴士到淳昌公用巴士客運站：每天只有3班左右，車程3小時19分，優等₩27,500；請在節慶前到客運站確認發車時刻。會場在客運站以西約3公里，可搭計程車或鄉村公車到「民俗村（민속마을）」站。搭火車的話，從龍山站搭KTX到全州站（約1小時40分，₩31,600）或全羅線的南原站，再轉乘市外巴士；南原到淳昌的巴士需42分鐘（₩4,500，每天約10班），全州到淳昌的班次時間未經查證。也可以搭KTX到光州松汀站（龍山出發₩42,000），再到光州U-Square客運站搭往淳昌的巴士（每天約15班，1小時6分，₩5,600）。
從釜山出發
未找到釜山直達淳昌的巴士，需經光州前往。從釜山西部市外巴士客運站（沙上，地鐵2號線沙上站）搭市外巴士到光州U-Square客運站：每天約20班，車程2小時57分，優等₩28,300或Premium ₩36,800。從U-Square每天約有15班巴士開往淳昌公用巴士客運站（1小時6分，₩5,600）；之後同上，搭計程車或鄉村公車到「民俗村（민속마을）」站。請在節慶前到各客運站確認時刻。
從南原站（KTX，全羅線），再轉乘巴士到會場
KTX／全羅線。無法步行；到南原公用巴士客運站搭42分鐘的市外巴士到淳昌，再前往約3公里外的會場
節慶接駁車
2024至2026年都沒有公布慶典接駁車。主辦單位的交通頁面列出停靠Baeksan村（백산마을）和「民俗村（민속마을）」站的鄉村公車路線，但沒有時刻。
回程交通
從淳昌開往首爾中央城市客運站的直達巴士每天只有幾班，末班車可能在週日17:00慶典結束前就開走，請在客運站確認。若想晚點回去，得先到光州、南原或全州（查不到從淳昌出發的班次時間，請到客運站詢問），再搭光州U-Square開往首爾中央城市客運站的高速巴士、光州松汀站開往水西站的KTX，或全州站開往龍山站的KTX。KTX將從2026年11月1日起實施新時刻表，11月22日的末班車未查證：請在節慶前用Korail+應用程式（코레일+）或在車站確認。住一晚或參加週六的免費露營會比較輕鬆。
停車
2025年淳昌發酵主題公園周邊有6處停車場供慶典使用（未說明收費），主題公園也有自己的停車場。截至2026年10月18日，尚未公布2026年的停車資訊。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
慶典會場的室內部分：微生物博物館、「酵母智人館」、食品科學館和兒童科學館，介紹發酵、微生物與酵母。11月至2月開放時間10:00–17:00（停止入場16:30），適合白天參觀；週六會在19:00露營開始前閉館。平時成人票₩3,000（套票₩4,000），慶典期間是否免費未說明。小提醒：在寒冷的戶外待久了，可以進來暖暖身子。
怎麼去：就在慶典會場（醬類路（Jangnyu-ro）55號），步行可達；需購票

郡立的免費韓國發酵調味醬博物館：展示辣椒醬與大醬的種類、歷史和製作過程，入口有「辣椒醬奶奶」機器人介紹，還有用石臼搗黃豆、用顯微鏡觀察發酵等體驗區。冬季開放09:00–17:00，12:00–13:00休息（週一休館），建議上午晚一點或下午早一點去；週日與慶典同時關門。小提醒：帶小孩最方便的室內景點。

- 傳統辣椒醬民俗村 (순창전통고추장민속마을)節慶後
郡政府在1997年把家族經營的辣椒醬作坊集中而成的一條街，商店販售辣椒醬、大醬、醬油和醬菜。2026年慶典延伸到民俗村內（AR集章路線也經過這裡），參觀時間09:00–19:00，所以週日17:00慶典結束後仍有時間買一罐帶回家。小提醒：最後再買，免得提著罐子逛慶典，但要預留前往約3公里外客運站的時間。

離開才是最麻煩的部分：會場距淳昌公用客運站約3公里，慶典沒有公布接駁車，往首爾的直達巴士班次少，末班車可能在慶典結束前就開走。抵達後請先在客運站確認回程時間，並預留搭計程車或農村公車回客運站的時間；若要經光州、南原或全州晚一點回去，請在Korail+ App（코레일+）確認末班KTX。也可以住一晚。

- 2026 food prices and whether QR-code phone ordering returns; the ₩2,000 bowl price is from 2025.
- Return buses from Sunchang to Namwon, Gwangju, Jeonju and Jeongeup: only the inbound direction was found. KTX times and fares to Namwon and Jeongeup, and the Jeonju–Sunchang bus, were not verified; direct buses from Dong Seoul or Seoul Nambu were not checked.
- Taxi time and fare from Sunchang bus terminal to the grounds, and times of the rural buses to the folk village stop.
- 2026 parking plan, any festival shuttle, and the Saturday closing time for food booths (the schedule shows Saturday as '10:00 to next day' because of camping).
