现场体验
淳昌是全北特别自治道南部的一个小郡，说起辣椒酱（用红辣椒发酵制成的酱），大多数韩国人最先想到的就是这里。1997年，郡政府把当地的辣椒酱作坊集中到传统辣椒酱民俗村，如今旁边还建起了淳昌发酵主题公园。自2024年起，郡属的淳昌发酵观光财团利用这两处场地，举办以炒年糕为主题的周末庆典；这道辣味年糕料理的味道正是来自辣椒酱。
2024年11月的第一届有18个摊位团队。2025年名称中加入“Korea”后，规模扩大到约80个摊位，其中46个出售炒年糕或小吃，两天吸引约40,000名游客；2026年1月，全北特别自治道将其评为优秀地方庆典。庆典的核心是淳昌11个邑面各自用本地辣椒酱、加上地方特色做出自己的炒年糕，比如番茄、蓟草辣椒酱、栗子或金针菇“雪花”炒年糕，以小碗出售；旁边还有全国知名品牌、本地商家和大学烹饪团队的摊位。
2026年为第三届，于11月21日至22日举行。主办方列出了5个区域共37个餐饮摊位，另设美食广场，供想吃炒年糕以外食物的游客选择。其他活动包括：《黑白厨师：料理阶级大战》中人称“Manjjitnam”（만찢남）的Cho Kwang-hyo（조광효）主厨的融合炒年糕烹饪秀；跟辣椒酱名匠一起做酱料，以及有导览的健康散步（各₩5,000）；遍布主题公园和民俗村的免费AR集章；街头绘画比赛；快闪舞、国乐、乱打和木偶剧；周六晚上还可以和知名露营YouTuber一起在草坪上免费露营。免费入场。
本庆典与10月在同一场地举行、规模更大的淳昌酱类节（2026年为10月15日至18日）是两个不同的活动。
需要注意的是：淳昌离首尔很远。直达高速巴士每天只有3班左右（3小时19分钟），返回首尔的末班车可能早于庆典结束时间发车（请在客运站确认），因此大多数从首尔出发的游客需要住一晚，或经光州、南原或全州往返。2025年需用手机扫二维码点餐，一些年长游客摸不着头脑，而且菜单几乎全是炒年糕。庆典官网和节目介绍只有韩文。

交通指南
从首尔出发
从首尔高速巴士客运站（中央城市，湖南线）乘直达高速巴士到淳昌公用巴士客运站：每天只有3班左右，需3小时19分钟，优等座₩27,500；请在庆典前到客运站确认发车时刻。会场在客运站以西约3公里，可打车或乘农村公交到“民俗村”（민속마을）站。乘火车的话，从龙山站乘KTX到全州站（约1小时40分钟，₩31,600）或全罗线的南原站，再换乘市外巴士；南原至淳昌的巴士需42分钟（₩4,500，每天约10班），全州至淳昌的班次时间未核实。也可以乘KTX到光州松汀站（龙山站出发₩42,000），再到光州U-Square客运站乘开往淳昌的巴士（每天约15班，1小时06分钟，₩5,600）。
从釜山出发
未找到釜山直达淳昌的巴士，需经光州前往。从釜山西部市外巴士客运站（沙上，地铁2号线沙上站）乘市外巴士到光州U-Square客运站：每天约20班，需2小时57分钟，优等座₩28,300，高级座₩36,800。从U-Square每天约有15班巴士开往淳昌公用巴士客运站（1小时06分钟，₩5,600）；之后按上述方式打车或乘农村公交到“民俗村”（민속마을）站。请在庆典前到各客运站确认时刻。
从南原站（KTX，全罗线），再转乘巴士到会场
KTX／全罗线。无法步行前往；到南原公用巴士客运站乘42分钟的市外巴士到淳昌，再前往约3公里外的会场
节庆接驳车
2024至2026年均未公布庆典接驳车。主办方的交通页面列出了停靠Baeksan村（백산마을）和“民俗村”（민속마을）站的农村公交线路，但没有时刻。
返程
淳昌开往首尔中央城市客运站的直达巴士每天只有几班，末班车可能在周日17:00庆典结束前就开出，请在客运站确认。想晚些返回，需先到光州、南原或全州（未查到从淳昌出发的班次时间，请到客运站询问），再乘光州U-Square开往首尔中央城市客运站的高速巴士、光州松汀站开往水西站的KTX，或全州站开往龙山站的KTX。KTX将从2026年11月1日起实行新时刻表，11月22日的末班车未核实：请在庆典前用Korail+应用（코레일+）或在车站确认。住一晚或参加周六的免费露营会更从容。
停车
2025年，淳昌发酵主题公园周边有6个停车场供庆典使用（未说明收费），主题公园也有自己的停车场。截至2026年10月18日，尚未公布2026年的停车方案。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。
庆典会场的室内部分：微生物博物馆、“酵母智人馆”、食品科学馆和儿童科学馆，介绍发酵、微生物和酵母。11月至2月开放时间为10:00–17:00（停止入场16:30），适合白天参观；周六会在19:00露营开始前闭馆。平时成人票₩3,000（联票₩4,000），庆典期间是否免费未说明。小贴士：寒冷的户外待久了，可以进来暖和一下。
怎么去：就在庆典会场（酱类路（Jangnyu-ro）55号），步行可达；需购票

郡立的免费韩国发酵调味酱博物馆：展示辣椒酱和大酱的种类、历史与制作过程，入口有“辣椒酱奶奶”机器人讲解，还有用石臼捣黄豆、用显微镜观察发酵等体验角。冬季开放时间09:00–17:00，12:00–13:00休息（周一闭馆），建议上午晚些或下午早些时候去；周日与庆典同时关门。小贴士：带孩子最方便的室内去处。

- 传统辣椒酱民俗村 (순창전통고추장민속마을)节庆后
郡政府于1997年把家族经营的辣椒酱作坊集中起来形成的一条街，店里出售辣椒酱、大酱、酱油和腌菜。2026年庆典延伸到民俗村内（AR集章路线也经过这里），参观时间09:00–19:00，所以周日17:00庆典结束后仍有时间买一罐带回家。小贴士：最后再买，免得提着罐子逛庆典，但要留出去约3公里外客运站的时间。

- 散场后怎么走节庆后
离开时最费周折：会场距淳昌公共客运站约3公里，庆典没有公布接驳车，开往首尔的直达巴士班次很少，末班车可能在庆典结束前就发车。到达后请在客运站确认返程时间，并留出乘出租车或农村公交回客运站的时间；如要经光州、南原或全州晚些返回，请在Korail+应用（코레일+）确认末班KTX。也可以住一晚。

- Return buses from Sunchang to Namwon, Gwangju, Jeonju and Jeongeup: only the inbound direction was found. KTX times and fares to Namwon and Jeongeup, and the Jeonju–Sunchang bus, were not verified; direct buses from Dong Seoul or Seoul Nambu were not checked.
- Taxi time and fare from Sunchang bus terminal to the grounds, and times of the rural buses to the folk village stop.
