活動特色
摹瑟浦港（모슬포항）是位於濟州島西南角大靜邑下摹里的國家漁港，距加波島（Gapado）渡輪碼頭約1.2公里。港內漁船在韓國最南端的島嶼馬羅島（Marado）周邊漁場作業，鰤魚（방어，英文通常稱yellowtail）就在那裡以雀鯛（자리돔）和鯖魚為食。慶典委員會自2001年起以這個慶典推廣當地漁獲，並表示鰤魚從11月到隔年2月會養出一身油脂，最為肥美。
現在慶典於11月下旬的週四至週日舉行（2023年11月23日開幕，2024年為11月28日至12月1日，2025年為11月20日至23日）。2025年，週四15:00有穿越港區的遊行，17:00舉行開幕式；週五有長者民俗遊戲和鰤魚歌謠大賽預賽；週六是重頭戲，11:00當眾解剖大鰤魚（대방어），12:00舉行大胃王比賽，還有搶角蠑螺（뿔소라）、和海女（濟州的女性潛水漁民）一起製作tewak浮球（태왁），以及海女歌唱比賽；週日舉行歌謠大賽決賽，20:00以閉幕式和煙火收尾。活動期間還有海水池徒手抓鰤魚和在海上網箱釣鰤魚（皆需付費）、免費參加的模擬魚市拍賣（只需支付自己的得標價）、免費試吃和兒童免費徒手抓魚，全部當天現場報名。
有幾點要先知道：這是漁村社區的慶典，全程以韓語進行，鰤魚也不便宜。濟州MBC在2024年12月報導，當年11月摹瑟浦水協的漁獲量比前一年同期減少33%，慶典現場一盤生魚片要價₩40,000，被批評不划算。2026年活動於11月19日至22日舉行，日期已在主辦單位官網上確認，但節目、時間和費用尚未查證：據旅遊部落格表示，截至10月中旬，官網的節目頁面仍是2025年的內容，本頁列出的節目時間都是暫定。摹瑟浦距機場搭急行巴士約1小時15分，因此多數遊客住在島的西南部，或把行程和松岳山、加波島或馬羅島安排在一起。慶典會和西歸浦市另一端的濟州柑橘博覽會（2026年11月19日至23日）時間重疊。

適合對象： 最適合11月下旬已在濟州、想體驗漁村趣味活動並品嚐新鮮鰤魚的海鮮愛好者和家庭，最好和島嶼西南部的松岳山、加波島或馬羅島一起安排；不太適合需要英語節目或想吃便宜生魚片的遊客，也不適合住在濟州市、沒有車又不想單程搭75分鐘巴士的人。
交通方式
從首爾出發
從金浦搭飛機到濟州國際機場（多數航班表定飛行1小時15分，每天數十班）。濟州沒有鐵路。在機場1樓4號公車站（4號門前，標示往大靜、和順方向）搭151路急行巴士往摹瑟浦，在「下摹體育公園」（하모체육공원）站下車，再步行約300公尺到港口：全程約1小時15分，刷卡₩2,000–3,000。自駕或搭計程車經和平路約40公里，約需1小時10分。
從釜山出發
從金海（釜山）搭飛機到濟州國際機場，再依上述方式搭151路急行巴士或計程車。
從仁川機場出發
多數遊客搭AREX機場鐵路到金浦機場，轉搭班次頻繁的金浦－濟州航班，再從濟州國際機場依上述方式搭151路急行巴士前往。
節慶接駁車
2026年11月19日至22日的慶典接駁車或停車轉乘安排尚未查證。慶典網站上仍列出的152路已於2024年8月停駛，請改搭151路。
回程交通
濟州沒有鐵路。2026年的每日開放時間尚未公布，週日閉幕式和煙火會持續到晚上；搭151路回機場和濟州市約需1小時15分。2026年11月19日至22日的末班車時間未查證：出發前請在站牌或客運站確認151路末班車。在西南部或西歸浦住一晚，或預約計程車，會比當天搭飛機回去穩妥。
停車
一篇整理官網內容的旅遊部落格建議將導航目的地設為「모슬포항 주차장」（摹瑟浦港停車場），從機場經老衡路、和平路、一周西路前往。2026年11月19日至22日的慶典停車安排尚未查證。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
濟州西部規模最大的五日市集，始於韓戰時期，現在位於下摹里，有乾貨和鮮魚、農產品、日用品，還有許多小吃攤。市集只在日期尾數為1和6的日子開市，所以慶典期間只有11月21日（週六）08:00–14:00：8點左右開始逛，再走回去看11:00的鰤魚解剖秀（時間暫定）。韓國觀光公社資料顯示不能刷卡，請帶現金。
怎麼去：步行：港口以北直線約450公尺（新營路36番街65，下摹里），免費
摹瑟浦外海一座低平的小島（最高點約20公尺），環島4.2公里的海岸步道沿著玄武岩石牆延伸，可回望山房山和漢拏山；多數遊客步行或騎單車一到兩小時繞一圈。船票須憑身分證在雲津港購買，售票處在開船前20分鐘停止售票，回程班次在購票時就會決定，因此整體請預留約三小時，並選在沒有想看節目的上午前往。是否開船視海況而定。
怎麼去：步行到雲津港渡輪客運站（約1.2公里，約12分鐘），再搭渡輪約10分鐘；來回約₩15,000
上摹里平原上的二戰時期機場，由日軍強徵當地居民興建，曾用於神風特攻隊訓練；田野間仍保留著19座飛機機庫，其中一座停放著等比例的零式戰鬥機複製品。免費、全天開放，但現場沒有廁所（最近的在約600公尺外的Seotalorum）：請在白天前往，可在從加波島回來時或下午節目開始前順路去。

可以徒手抓鰤魚嗎？

Travel blogs reported in mid-October that its programme page still showed 2025, and the event-agency tender was only posted on 3 Oct 2026. The 2026 programme times on the page come from jeju.com alone and are provisional.
