活動特色
加時里是西歸浦市表善面漢拏山東坡上的一個農村，以火山丘（오름，Oreum）、開闊的草原和油菜花田聞名。這片高地曾是甲馬場（갑마장），據說是朝鮮時代最大的養馬牧場。每年春天，穿過村子的景觀道路鹿山路有10公里以上被油菜花染成金黃，花開得好的年份，路旁的櫻花也會同時盛開。慶典只在花期前後的一個週末舉行，地點在小馬體驗公園一帶，可以在約100,000平方公尺的花田中漫步。這個慶典已有數十年歷史。1993年，濟州觀光協會就在籌劃油菜花節；到2014年，它以「濟州油菜花大慶典」（제주유채꽃큰잔치）之名在加時里舉行，有馬車、榨菜籽油和走甲馬場古道等活動。2020年，西歸浦市因COVID-19疫情取消慶典，並將花田剷除。2021年4月，慶典以縮小規模的第38屆回歸，沒有附帶活動，花田內同時最多只能容納350人。第43屆於2026年4月4日至5日10:00–20:00舉行，免費入場。主要活動是夜間開放和路跑活動，周邊還有一日體驗課、村莊特色活動和街頭表演。2025年，鹿山路部分路段禁止車輛通行，讓遊客步行遊覽花路，還舉辦了寵物與飼主的對談音樂會。有兩點要先知道：第一，日期隨花期而定，每年在3月下旬至4月上旬之間變動；第二，場地位於鄉間，沒有找到慶典接駁巴士或確定的公車路線，因此大多數遊客自駕租車或搭計程車前往。油菜花在3月的大部分時間都在開放，慶典週末以外也很值得一去。請注意不要把它與「西歸浦油菜花國際健走大會」混淆，那是在前一個週末（2026年為3月28日至29日）另外舉行的健走活動。

交通方式
從首爾出發
從金浦搭飛機到濟州國際機場，大多數航班約1小時15分，每天數十班（在至2026年10月24日的航班時刻表中，每天共有124班）。濟州沒有鐵路。加時里位於島上東部的高地。從機場搭計程車約50分鐘；自駕租車的話，從濟州市走97號公路約40分鐘（第三方指南）。也有開往表善面方向的公車，從機場出發約1小時，但路線號碼和慶典會場的站牌未經查證，搭車前請先用公車App查詢。
從釜山出發
從金海（釜山）搭飛機到濟州國際機場，再依上述方式搭計程車或自駕租車。
從仁川機場出發
搭AREX機場鐵路到金浦機場，轉搭班次頻繁的金浦－濟州航班，再從濟州國際機場搭計程車或自駕租車前往。
節慶接駁車

回程交通
濟州沒有鐵路。2026年慶典開放到20:00（韓國觀光公社）。從濟州飛回金浦的晚間航班未查證，出發前請在航空公司App查詢末班航班。搭計程車到機場約需50分鐘，如果想看夜間開放，建議在濟州住一晚，或事先預約回程計程車。
停車
在已查閱的頁面上未公布慶典停車安排。慶典期間鹿山路部分路段禁止車輛通行（2025年），請做好把車停在離花路較遠處再步行進入的準備。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
有3個火山口和6座山峰的火山丘，被濟州的健行者稱為「火山丘女王」；登頂約30分鐘，免費。可以在慶典（2026年為10:00–20:00）人潮湧入前的上午去，或在夜間開放前的傍晚去。4月上旬開闊的台地上可能風很大，請帶件防風外套。
怎麼去：距慶典會場直線約1.7公里（韓國觀光公社），有免費停車場；搭計程車或自駕租車前往，路線請用地圖App確認
村民在甲馬場舊址上建起的馬公園，朝鮮王朝時加時里在這片牧場為王室養馬；園內有免費的濟州馬博物館，還能體驗短程騎馬和餵馬。它就在慶典會場中心，節目空檔可以順道進去：VisitJeju列出的開放時間為10:00–18:00（閉園前30分鐘停止售票；韓國觀光公社資料為09:00–18:00），週二休息，不影響週末舉行的慶典。騎馬5分鐘約₩12,000起。
