Five days in late March or the first half of April 2027, timed to the cherry bloom on Yeouiseo-ro (recent editions: 4–9 Apr 2023, 29 Mar–2 Apr 2024, 8–12 Apr 2025, 3–7 Apr 2026). Not announced as of 19 October 2026; the district had set the 2024 dates by 24 March 2024 and announced the 2025 dates on 13 March 2025, so expect a March 2027 announcement.

The dates follow the bloom forecast and can still change late: in 2025 they were moved days before the planned start.

About the festival

The Yeouido Spring Flower Festival is Yeongdeungpo-gu's free cherry-blossom festival on Yeouiseo-ro (Yunjung-ro), a 1.7 km riverside road behind the National Assembly in Seoul that closes to cars for about a week and is lined with about 1,886 cherry trees, lit after dark. The 2026 edition ran 3–7 April, 11:30–21:30; the 2027 dates follow the bloom forecast and are expected in late March or the first half of April, not yet announced. Take Line 9 to National Assembly Station, Exit 1, or Line 5 to Yeouinaru Station, Exit 1, about 15 minutes on foot.
