活動特色
全州國際影展（簡稱JEONJU IFF或JIFF）創辦於2000年，是韓國以獨立、低成本和實驗電影著稱的影展。影展的中心是舊城區全州客舍附近、Gosa-dong的全州電影街（영화의거리）：CGV Jeonju Gosa（CGV전주고사）和Megabox Jeonju Gaeksa（메가박스 전주객사）與影展的常設據點全州電影製作所相鄰，製作所內有98個座位的全州數位獨立電影院。每年春天的十天裡，街上會設起售票處、拍照區、快閃店和官方周邊商店，開幕式和閉幕式則在城市北部的兩座大型場館舉行。
第27屆於2026年4月29日至5月8日舉行，口號為「Beyond the Frame」（우리는 늘 선을 넘지）：共放映來自54個國家的236部影片，其中77部為世界首映，在5處場館、21個影廳共放映610場。開幕式在韓國聲音文化殿堂的母岳堂舉行，閉幕式在全北大學三星文化會館舉行。上座率達到82.1%，開幕後前五天的324場放映中有278場售罄。
不需要業界證件也能參加。放映需購票，每張約₩10,000至₩20,000：一般場次最便宜，活動場次、座談和大師班居中，開幕式、閉幕式和午夜場最貴。電影票在官網線上販售，每場每人限購2張。免費的部分是巷弄放映（골목상영）：每晚20:00在停車場、教堂前廣場以及韓屋村邊緣的豐南門旁等地舉行戶外放映，先到先入場，2026年八個晚上共吸引4,175人。較早的指南提到臨時戶外放映場地「全州巨蛋」（Jeonju Dome），2022年持證人員仍可使用，但在我們查閱的2024至2026年指南和報導中都沒有出現。
有幾點要先知道：熱門場次在開賣當天就會在線上售罄；勞動節和兒童節連假期間，電影街人潮擁擠，還會出現塞車和停車位不足。影展有英文網站和英文指南，2025年所有未標★的影片都有英文字幕，所有映後座談（Q&A）都有英語口譯；但我們找到的資料都沒有說明購票網站是否接受海外發行的信用卡。影展期間，現場售票處會以卡片或現金販售未售出的座位，可作為備案。

適合對象： 最適合能在4月開賣日上網訂票、並在全州住上一兩晚的電影愛好者，最好與全州韓屋村一起安排；隨興來訪的旅客也可以看免費的巷弄放映，或在售票處購買未售出的座位。由於5月上旬連假期間大多數場次都會售罄，不太適合需要全程英語購票協助或不喜歡人潮的旅客。

從首爾出發
從龍山站搭KTX到全州站（約1小時40分鐘，最快1小時26分鐘；依2026年9月1日起實施的票價表，一般車廂₩31,600），再搭計程車（起跳₩2,800）到全州客舍附近舊城區Gosa-dong的全州電影街。從首爾搭高速巴士約2小時30分鐘抵達全州巴士客運站。韓國聲音文化殿堂的開幕式和全北大學的閉幕式都在城市北部的德津區舉行；場館之間請搭計程車。
從釜山出發
從釜山搭高速巴士到全州，約3小時20分鐘，大約每小時一班；再搭計程車到電影街。
從仁川機場出發
搭機場利木津巴士到全州，約3小時30分鐘，大約每30分鐘一班，停靠全州市政府附近；再搭計程車或市區公車到電影街。
從全州站到會場
KTX／全羅線。無法步行抵達；請搭計程車（起跳₩2,800）或市區公車到全州客舍和電影街一帶

影展表示2026年改善了接駁車服務，但我們查閱的資料中沒有公布路線和時刻。
回程交通
從全州搭KTX到龍山約1小時40分鐘（最快1小時26分鐘）。2027年影展日期的列車時刻尚未公布，因此本頁不列出末班車時間：請在出發前透過Korail+ App（코레일+，KTX和原SRT列車現在都在這裡訂票）或在全州站查詢末班車，打算看20:00的巷弄放映或晚場電影時更要先查好，並預留從電影街搭計程車到車站的時間。
停車
據韓國觀光公社資料，全州電影製作所為電影院觀眾提供免費停車；但2026年影展期間電影街一帶停車位不足、交通壅塞，有開車的觀眾因此錯過場次。建議搭計程車或公車前往。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

- 最佳造訪時間
- 想看熱門影片和大師班，請在一般場次開賣日（2026年為4月17日）11:00準時上網。影展期間可到售票處查看未售出的座位；20:00的巷弄放映先到先入場，請提早到場。假日當天人最多。
- 攜帶物品
- 能出示手機電子票的手機（不接受截圖）、在售票處使用的卡片或現金（不接受全州愛商品券）、享有優惠所需的證件，以及晚上看巷弄放映時的保暖外套。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
供奉朝鮮開國君主太祖畫像、四周有圍牆的祠堂，院內有御真博物館，隔著太祖路對面就是殿洞聖堂。3月至5月開放時間為09:00–19:00，停止入場18:00（成人₩3,000，含博物館），可以上午去，或在下午兩場放映之間去，晚場前回到電影街即可。每月第四個星期六穿韓服享50%折扣。
怎麼去：從電影街步行，經豐南門往東進入韓屋村約20分鐘；或搭計程車很快就到
在全州韓屋村舉行的一小時免費街頭遊行，有農樂鼓手、龍旗和拉觀眾一起參與的詼諧民俗劇，從南川橋沿太祖路走到慶基殿。每逢星期六15:00開始（2026年為4月18日至10月31日，2027年的期間尚未公布），影展期間的星期六可以排在早場電影和晚間節目之間。出發時任何人都可以加入隊伍。詳見本站全州韓屋村傳統演戲遊行頁面。
怎麼去：從電影街步行到韓屋村約15至20分鐘，或搭計程車很快就到；免費
豐南門旁的全州主要傳統市場，每逢星期五和星期六晚上，巷子裡擺滿小吃攤：烤串、煎餅、炸物和甜點。可以在20:00的巷弄放映之前（2026年豐南門是放映地點之一）或晚場電影之後去吃。全州市觀光網站列出的時間是17:00–23:00，但2026年3月的報導寫的是19:00–24:00，傍晚早些時候部分攤位可能還在準備。當晚要回首爾的話，先查好末班車，並預留搭計程車到全州站的時間。
