现场体验
全州国际电影节（简称JEONJU IFF或JIFF）创办于2000年，被视为韩国独立电影、低成本电影和实验电影的代表性电影节。电影节的中心是老城区全州客舍附近、Gosa-dong的全州电影街（영화의거리）：CGV Jeonju Gosa和Megabox Jeonju Gaeksa与电影节的常年据点全州电影制作所相邻，制作所内有98个座位的全州数字独立电影院。每年春季的十天里，街上会设起售票处、拍照区、快闪店和官方周边商店，开幕式和闭幕式则在城市北部的两座大型场馆举行。
第27届于2026年4月29日至5月8日举行，口号为“Beyond the Frame”（우리는 늘 선을 넘지）：共放映来自54个国家的236部影片，其中77部为世界首映，在5家影院、21个影厅共放映610场。开幕式在韩国声音文化殿堂的母岳堂举行，闭幕式在全北大学三星文化会馆举行。上座率达到82.1%，开幕后头五天的324场放映中有278场售罄。
不需要业内证件也能参加。放映需购票，每张约₩10,000至₩20,000：普通场次最便宜，活动场次、对谈和大师班居中，开幕式、闭幕式和深夜场最贵。电影票在官网网上发售，每场每人限购2张。免费的部分是小巷放映（골목상영）：每晚20:00在停车场、教堂前广场以及韩屋村边上的丰南门旁等地举行户外放映，先到先得，2026年八个晚上共吸引了4,175人。旧的指南中提到过临时户外放映场地“全州穹顶”（Jeonju Dome），2022年持证人员仍可使用，但在我们查阅的2024至2026年指南和报道中都没有出现。
需要注意的是：热门场次在开售当天就会在网上售罄；劳动节和韩国儿童节假期期间，电影街人潮拥挤，还会出现交通堵塞和停车位不足。电影节有英文网站和英文指南，2025年所有未标★的影片都配有英文字幕，所有映后对谈（Q&A）都有英语口译；但我们找到的资料都没有说明购票网站是否接受境外银行卡。电影节期间，现场售票处出售未售出的座位，可用银行卡或现金支付，这是备选办法。

从首尔出发
从龙山站乘KTX到全州站（约1小时40分钟，最快1小时26分钟；按2026年9月1日起实行的票价表，普通车厢₩31,600），再乘出租车（起步价₩2,800）到全州客舍附近老城区Gosa-dong的全州电影街。从首尔乘高速巴士约2小时30分钟到全州的巴士客运站。韩国声音文化殿堂的开幕式和全北大学的闭幕式都在城市北部的德津区举行；场馆之间请乘出租车。
从釜山出发
从釜山乘高速巴士到全州，约3小时20分钟，约每小时一班；再乘出租车到电影街。
从仁川机场出发
乘机场大巴到全州，约3小时30分钟，约每30分钟一班，在全州市厅附近停靠；再乘出租车或市内公交到电影街。
从全州站到会场

节庆接驳车
电影节表示2026年改进了接驳巴士服务，但我们查阅的资料中没有公布路线和时刻。
返程
从全州乘KTX到龙山约1小时40分钟（最快1小时26分钟）。2027年庆典日期的列车时刻尚未公布，因此本页不列末班车时间：请在出发前通过Korail+应用（코레일+，KTX和原SRT列车现均在此预订）或在全州站确认末班车，打算看20:00的小巷放映或晚场电影时尤其要确认，并预留从电影街打车到车站的时间。
停车
据韩国观光公社的资料，全州电影制作所为影院观众提供免费停车；但2026年电影节期间电影街一带停车位不足、交通拥堵，有开车的观众因此错过了场次。建议乘出租车或公交前往。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。
供奉朝鲜开国君主太祖画像的围墙祠堂，院内有御真博物馆，隔着太祖路对面就是殿洞圣堂。3月至5月开放时间为09:00–19:00，停止入场18:00（成人₩3,000，含博物馆），可以上午去，或在下午两场放映之间去，晚场前回到电影街即可。每月第四个星期六穿韩服可享50%折扣。

在全州韩屋村举行的一小时免费街头巡游，有农乐鼓手、龙旗和拉观众一起参与的诙谐民俗剧，从南川桥沿太祖路走到庆基殿。每逢星期六15:00开始（2026年为4月18日至10月31日，2027年的期间尚未公布），电影节期间的星期六可以安排在早场电影和晚间节目之间。出发时任何人都可以加入队伍。详见本站全州韩屋村传统演戏巡游页面。

丰南门旁的全州主要传统市场，每逢星期五和星期六晚上，巷子里摆满小吃摊：烤串、煎饼、炸物和甜点。可以在20:00的小巷放映之前（2026年丰南门是放映点之一）或晚场电影之后去吃。全州市旅游网站列出的时间是17:00–23:00，但2026年3月的报道写的是19:00–24:00，傍晚早些时候部分摊位可能还在准备。当晚返回首尔的话，先确认末班车，并预留打车去全州站的时间。
