活動特色
群山是錦江出海口的港口城市，也是韓國人一提到炒碼麵（韓式中華料理店裡那道紅色辣湯麵）就會想到的地方之一。當地華僑經營的中華料理店最多時超過60家，集中在舊港區的Dongnyeong-gil（동령길）和Jangmi-gil（장미길），到2019年只剩10多家。據《韓國先驅報》介紹，群山風味可追溯到「炒碼麵」（초마면）的早期做法：華僑廚師直到1970年代初還在用豬骨、牛骨和雞骨熬湯煮麵，後來才改以當地海鮮和辣椒粉為主角。市政府在2018年爭取到國家經費，把藏米洞的一部分打造成炒碼麵特色街，到2023年底已有10家炒碼麵店，其中包括老字號Binhaewon（빈해원）和Hongyeongjang（홍영장）。
慶典正是從這條街發展起來的。2020年11月曾舉辦為期兩週的非接觸式線上活動；市政府的介紹則把慶典算作從2022年開始，YTN稱2025年那屆為第4屆。市議會曾刪掉2024年度的全部預算，慶典差點停辦，但2024年6月恢復了₩1.5億，當年於11月1日至2日在特色街舉行。因為居民投訴，之後會場移到附近的百年廣場；2025年於10月9日至12日舉行，與同一舊城區的群山時間旅行節同期。
2026年於10月9日（週五）至11日（週日）舉行，依韓國觀光公社資料開放時間為12:00–22:00。約20個攤位來自群山的老牌中華料理店，以及與電視名廚的合作：JTBC《拜託了冰箱》的米凱爾（미카엘）主廚，以及因Netflix《黑白大廚：料理階級大戰》走紅的大衛·李（데이비드 리）和Lee Mi-young（이미영）主廚。所有中華料理攤位都以半份販售炒碼麵和炸醬麵，可以比較肉炒碼麵和海鮮炒碼麵。白天有親子遊戲和體驗活動，晚上的戶外「炒碼麵餐廳」邊吃邊聽現場音樂。三天約有80,000人到訪。
有幾點要先知道：這是要排隊的慶典。名廚攤位前大排長龍；2025年慶典結束後，市裡的慶典委員會指出等候時間長、食材很早就賣完，以及名店和一般店家人氣懸殊。餐點價格和英文節目都沒有公布，舉辦時間也在11月和10月之間變動，訂行程前請等2027年的公告。慶典以外的日子，在特色街隨時都吃得到群山炒碼麵，藏米洞的日治時期建築也就在附近。

交通方式
從首爾出發
從首爾高速巴士客運站（中央城市，湖南線）搭高速巴士到位於Haemang-ro（해망로）的群山高速巴士客運站。依群山往首爾的時刻表，全天都有班次（05:00–22:00共50班），需2小時54分，一般₩16,400、優等₩23,900、Premium₩31,000；到客運站後搭計程車或市區公車前往藏米洞的百年廣場。搭火車的話，沒有開往群山的KTX：長項線的新村號（Saemaeul）和無窮花號（Mugunghwa）列車從龍山站開往群山站，每天14至15班（05:32–20:43），需3小時7分至3小時35分，新村號₩21,600，無窮花號₩14,500。群山站位於遠離舊城區的Naeheung洞（내흥동），需再轉搭計程車或市區公車。較快的鐵路方案是從龍山站搭KTX到益山站（通常1小時17分至1小時25分），再轉車到群山，但轉車班次時間未經查證。
從釜山出發
從釜山綜合巴士客運站（老圃，地鐵1號線老圃站）搭市外巴士到位於Haemang-ro（해망로）18的群山市外巴士客運站：每天7班（08:05–19:00），需3小時35分，優等₩38,000（只列出優等）。群山高速巴士客運站沒有往返釜山的路線。之後依上述方式搭計程車或市區公車前往藏米洞的百年廣場。
從群山站到會場

節慶接駁車
沒有找到2024至2026年的慶典接駁車。舊港區有一個以群山近代歷史博物館命名的市區公車站（근대역사박물관），距博物館步行約1分鐘。
回程交通
2026年慶典開放到22:00。依2026年10月17日至23日的時刻表，群山往龍山的最後兩班車為新村號19:25（22:48抵達）和無窮花號20:26（23:55抵達）。群山往首爾中央城市客運站的高速巴士營運到22:00（Premium；22:00這班為深夜票價₩37,200）。若想待到晚上的「炒碼麵餐廳」，請在群山訂好住宿。
停車
沒有找到慶典停車資訊。2026年5月的一篇遊客指南說，群山近代歷史博物館的停車場週末早上很快就會停滿，並推薦鎮浦海洋主題公園、內港旁、百年廣場和藏米洞的公共停車場，並稱這些停車場都免費；不過慶典期間廣場本身就是會場，請搭巴士或計程車前往。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。
