活動特色
高敞邑城又名牟陽城，是一座石砌郡城，在朝鮮端宗即位元年、也就是1453年，由湖南地區和濟州19個地方的百姓合力修築。它是史蹟第145號，常與海美、樂安並稱韓國最有名的三大邑城（以城牆環繞的郡治所在地）。城牆環抱高敞鎮上一處山坡谷地，城內還有一片竹林。慶典自1973年起舉辦，每年配合秋收結束、農曆九月初九的重陽節前後舉行，因此日期每年跳動很大：2024年為10月9日至13日，2025年為10月29日至11月2日，2026年為10月15日至19日。
每屆的重頭戲都是踏城遊戲（답성놀이）。參加者身穿韓服、頭頂石塊，沿著1,684公尺的城牆步道繞行；當地傳說繞一圈能治好腿疾，繞兩圈能無病長壽，繞三圈能往生極樂。2026年每天白天都有踏城，每天由不同群體領走：第一天是學生，接著是三代同堂、情侶和家庭，最後一天是同姓宗親；週末每天約有600人參加。天黑後舉行由韓紙燈籠照亮的夜間踏城，最後以遊客也能加入的圓圈舞「強羌水越來」收尾。
其他節目則把城郭變成穿越回1453年的布景：設有市集、酒幕（傳統酒館）和茶房的「Returns 1453」區、每天14:00的科舉模擬考試、朝鮮時代的遊戲、為孩子設計的8項任務迷你城郭迷宮，以及按圖尋寶的歷史解謎活動。2026年這屆在10月15日有1,400多名居民參加的街頭遊行，開幕當晚（10月16日）有1,000架無人機表演，10月17日還有黑鷹特技飛行隊的飛行表演。晚上，Dongni-dangil（동리단길）主題街和夜市把慶典與鎮上的店家串連起來，另有美食攤位、農產品直銷市集和韓牛農場派對。郡政府推行「三無」方針：無事故、無哄抬物價、無免洗餐具。
老實說：節目只以韓語進行；城牆步道在山坡上起起伏伏；晚間節目持續到22:00，遠在開往首爾的末班直達巴士發車之後，所以要安排在光州轉車，或在當地住一晚；另外，慶典依農曆舉辦，請先確認當年的日期，不要以為會和去年同一週。

適合對象： 最適合對朝鮮歷史和民俗有興趣、想親身參與而不只是旁觀的旅客（頭頂石塊走城牆正是這個慶典的精髓），也適合親子同遊，城內有迷宮、遊戲和模擬考試。需要英語節目的人不太適合；想看夜間節目又不想過夜的人也要三思：高敞距首爾約3小時巴士車程，開往首爾的末班直達巴士傍晚就發車。
交通方式
從首爾出發
高敞沒有鐵路。首爾中央城市客運站（高速巴士客運站站，湖南線一側）有高速巴士開往高敞文化客運站：每天約16班，表定車程3小時06分，一般₩21,700，優等₩28,300（2026年票價）。城郭就在同一個鎮上，2026年的開幕遊行就是從巴士客運站出發，因此可以步行或搭一小段計程車前往。搭火車的話：搭KTX到湖南線的井邑站（從龍山站出發，或自2026年9月1日KTX與SRT整併後也可從水西站出發），再搭計程車到井邑市外巴士客運站，轉乘開往高敞的巴士：每天約23班，車程31分鐘，₩4,500。
從釜山出發
高敞的高速巴士客運站沒有開往釜山的路線，因此要在光州轉車：從釜山西部市外巴士客運站（沙上，地鐵2號線沙上站）搭市外巴士到光州U-Square，每天約23班，車程2小時57分，優等₩28,300；再從U-Square搭巴士到高敞，約48分鐘（兩地之間每天22班）。全程約需4小時。
從仁川機場出發
高敞和仁川機場之間有直達機場巴士：2026年秋季從高敞出發每天4班，到第1航廈約3小時40分，依車種等級₩46,400–₩65,000。機場開往高敞的班次時間未查證；也可以搭AREX或機場巴士進入首爾，再從中央城市客運站搭巴士。
從井邑站（KTX）到會場
湖南線（KTX）。無法步行前往：高敞沒有鐵路。請搭計程車到井邑市外巴士客運站，再搭31分鐘的巴士到高敞（₩4,500，每天23班）

回程交通
2026年慶典開放到22:00。從高敞文化客運站開往首爾中央城市客運站的直達巴士約3小時20分，2026年秋季末班車在傍晚前後發車，遠早於節目結束。想留下來看夜間踏城，可搭開往光州U-Square的巴士（48分鐘），再轉搭開往首爾中央城市客運站的高速巴士，或在高敞住一晚。請在慶典當天之前向客運站（或巴士訂票網站）確認末班車。高敞返回井邑的班次時間未查證。
停車
高敞邑城有免費停車場（韓國觀光公社資料）；查閱的資料中沒有公布慶典期間的停車安排和交通管制。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。
