活動特色
鶴園農場位於高敞郡最西邊的孔音面，坐落在低緩起伏的丘陵上，每到春天，這裡的田野就成為韓國最有名的農村景觀之一：青麥一波接一波，細窄的小路穿行其間，紅屋頂的倉庫、一間小屋和一棵孤零零的櫸樹成了地標。農場是1960年代初由後來出任國務總理（1983至85年）的陳懿鍾（진의종）和夫人Lee Hak（이학）在一片未開墾的山丘上開闢的，現在由他們的兒子Jin Young-ho（진영호）經營。1990年代後期，報紙上的照片讓這裡出了名；2004年這裡被指定為景觀農業區，並舉辦了第一屆青麥田節，官方標示為韓國第一個以農田景觀為主題的慶典。
如今慶典從4月中旬的某個星期六起連辦23天；依郡政府統計，麥田面積約770,000平方公尺。重點在於散步：麥子在4月下旬長到及膝高、顏色最綠，黃色油菜花開在其間，到5月上旬漸漸轉為淡金色，6月收割。散步之外，郡政府還安排了小舞台上的國樂、Trot（韓國演歌）和街頭表演，高敞農樂遊行，經過林蔭道和竹林的拖拉機觀光車，週末在田裡尋找福袋的尋寶活動，以及販售大麥糕、覆盆子飲品和高敞風川鰻魚的美食區，所有商品都明碼標價。這片麥田也是影視取景地（韓劇《鬼怪》裡的小屋，《百日的郎君》和《苦盡柑來遇見你》的場景，以及電影《歡迎來到東莫村》和《狼少年》），近幾屆還設置了韓劇拍照區和服裝租借。
2026年第23屆於4月18日至5月10日舉行，主題是「春天的記憶，留在路上」。走進中央麥田的小路需付幾千韓元並配戴手環；停車費全額以高敞愛商品券（고창사랑상품권）退還，可在攤位或鎮上消費。大麥收割後，農場會改種夏季的向日葵和百日草以及秋季的蕎麥。
有幾點要先知道：鶴園農場位於鄉間，距高敞市區直線約16公里，而高敞沒有鐵路，沒有車的話需要先搭高速巴士到高敞，再轉搭鄉間公車或計程車。聯外道路是狹窄的雙線道，週末常塞車，建議9:00前抵達或平日前往。麥田幾乎沒有遮蔭，活動只以韓語進行。

交通方式
從首爾出發
高敞沒有鐵路，鶴園農場位於高敞市區以西直線約16公里的鄉間。從首爾中央城市客運站（地鐵高速巴士客運站站，湖南線一側）有高速巴士開往高敞文化客運站，2026年10月每天16班，預定車程3小時06分，一般₩21,700，優等₩28,300（2026年10月票價）。到高敞後，搭往茂長方向的鄉間公車（約20分鐘），再轉搭往孔音方向、停靠鶴園農場的公車；也可以從茂長搭計程車（約20分鐘）。搭火車的話：搭KTX到湖南線的井邑（從龍山站出發，或自2026年9月1日KTX與SRT合併後也可從水西站出發），再從井邑市外巴士客運站搭巴士到高敞：每天23班，車程31分鐘，₩4,500。
從釜山出發
高敞的高速巴士客運站沒有釜山路線，需在光州轉車：從釜山西部市外巴士客運站（沙上，地鐵2號線沙上站）搭市外巴士到光州U-Square客運站，每天23班，車程2小時57分，優等₩28,300；再從U-Square搭巴士到高敞，約48分鐘（兩地之間每天22班），然後搭鄉間公車或計程車到農場。全程至少預留4.5小時。
從仁川機場出發
高敞和仁川機場之間有直達機場巴士：從高敞出發每天4班，到第1航廈約3小時40分，票價依等級為₩46,400至₩65,000。機場開往高敞的班次時間未查證；也可以搭AREX或機場巴士進入首爾，再從中央城市客運站搭巴士到高敞，然後轉車前往農場。
從井邑站（KTX）到會場
湖南線（KTX）。無法步行前往：高敞沒有鐵路。請搭計程車到井邑市外巴士客運站，搭31分鐘的巴士到高敞（₩4,500，每天23班），再搭鄉間公車或計程車到鶴園農場
節慶接駁車
2026年慶典期間週末有接駁巴士；據Wikitree報導，慶典期間部分週末有從高敞客運站直達的接駁車。所查閱的資料沒有公布路線和時間，出發前請查看高敞郡觀光網站。慶典期間農場內一直有拖拉機觀光車（單程幾千韓元，據部落格）。
回程交通
慶典18:00結束。從高敞文化客運站搭直達巴士到首爾中央城市客運站約需3小時06分；從農場經茂長搭鄉間公車和計程車回到高敞約需40分鐘，等車還要更久。也可以搭巴士到光州U-Square（48分鐘），再轉搭高速巴士到首爾中央城市客運站，或者在高敞住一晚。2027年春季的巴士時刻尚未公布，因此本頁不列出末班車時間：請在慶典當天之前到高敞文化客運站查詢末班車。如果從井邑搭KTX回程，出發前請在Korail+ App（코레일+；2026年9月1日合併後，KTX和原SRT列車都在這裡訂票）或車站查詢末班車。
停車
每輛車約₩10,000，在入口付費，全額以高敞愛商品券退還。1號停車場緊鄰入口和餐廳；附近農地上的2–4號停車場步行10至15分鐘，2026年還增設了大型巴士停車場。聯外道路是狹窄的雙線道，週末常塞車，建議9:00前抵達。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
建於1453年的石砌郡城，是韓國最有名的三大邑城之一：沿城牆上1,684公尺的步道繞一圈，可以俯瞰高敞市區，城內還有一片竹林。它就在首爾巴士抵達的高敞市區，可以在前往農場之前先走一圈；據韓國觀光公社，全年開放，從清晨到22:00（成人₩3,000，大部分以高敞愛商品券退還）。小提醒：4月下旬正值麥田季，城牆邊的杜鵑花盛開。

- 散場後怎麼走節慶後
回高敞這段路最花時間：農場在鄉間，狹窄的雙線道聯外道路週末常塞車，經茂長的鄉間公車可能要等。最好在18:00結束前提早離開農場，到高敞至少預留40分鐘，並事先訂好回首爾的高速巴士。萬一錯過，可以經光州U-Square（48分鐘）回去，或在高敞住一晚。
