活動特色
樂安邑城是朝鮮時代以城牆環繞的郡治古城，位於順天市中心以西的樂安平原。一般認為建於1397年，與海美、高敞並稱韓國最知名的三大邑城（有城牆環繞的郡治所在地）。和大多數文化遺產村落不同，這裡至今仍有人居住：城內有290多棟茅草屋，住著約100戶、230人左右，旁邊還保留客舍、東軒（郡守辦公處）和樂民樓等9棟舊郡衙建築。古城於1983年被指定為史蹟第302號，2011年列入聯合國教科文組織世界遺產預備名錄，每年約有120萬人次造訪。
民俗文化節始於1994年，是村子每年10月最熱鬧的週末。第31屆於2026年10月24日（週六）和25日（週日）11:00–17:00舉行，主題為「樂安：累積歡樂，連結世代」。慶典以新任樂安郡守的赴任遊行開場，守門將交接儀式和騎馬將軍巡邏儀式，重現古城作為郡治運作時的樣貌。村民會表演農民的節慶活動「百中遊戲」（백중놀이），並重現修築城牆的情景。節目還有走繩、傳統武術、以金贇吉（김빈길）為題材的唱劇（韓國傳統歌劇）、板索里和伽倻琴並唱，以及名為「Nagan 樂 Festa」的流行音樂表演。遊客可以參加大型拔河、韓式摔角（씨름）、比腕力和擲柶（윷놀이）比賽，也能體驗製作號牌（朝鮮時代的身分牌）、草編工藝和射箭，會場各處都有在地美食攤位。
有幾點要先知道：入場須購買村子的一般門票，節目只有韓語，而且截至2026年10月18日，還沒有公布按時段排列的節目表。村子距順天站約25分鐘車程，雖有幾條市區公車路線，但班次時間未經查證；如果要搭配KTX行程，搭計程車最方便。

從首爾出發
從龍山站搭KTX到順天站：2026年10月中旬每天約19班，車程2小時24分鐘至3小時27分鐘（多數為2小時33分鐘至2小時50分鐘），依2026年9月1日KTX與SRT整併後實施的票價表，一般車廂₩42,300；也有少數班次從水西站出發。到了順天，16號市區公車經順天站和順天綜合巴士客運站開往樂安邑城，61、63和68號公車也停靠「樂安邑城」站牌，下車步行約1分鐘就到村子；公車車程和班次未經查證。從順天站搭計程車或開車約25分鐘。
從釜山出發
從釜山西部市外巴士客運站（沙上，地鐵2號線沙上站）搭市外巴士到順天綜合巴士客運站，每天14班，多數車程2小時38分鐘，一般₩17,000、優等₩22,000、Premium ₩28,600。另有慶全線列車從釜田站開往順天站，每天4班，無窮花號（Mugunghwa）₩12,400、新村號（Saemaeul）₩19,200；回程列車車程2小時39分鐘至3小時22分鐘。首末班時間請在客運站或Korail+ App（코레일+）確認。到了順天，再依上述方式搭16號市區公車（也停靠順天綜合巴士客運站）或計程車到樂安邑城。
從順天站到會場
KORAIL全羅線（KTX從龍山出發；少數從水西出發）。無法步行抵達：開車或搭計程車約25分鐘，或搭16號市區公車（經順天站和順天綜合巴士客運站）到「樂安邑城」站牌，下車步行約1分鐘到村子
回程交通
慶典節目17:00結束，村子10月18:00關門。順天開往龍山的KTX一直行駛到深夜，當天可回首爾；順天開往水西的班次每天只有幾班，請以開往龍山的班次安排行程。2026年10月24日、25日的時刻尚未依當天適用的Korail時刻表查證，出發前請在Korail+ App（코레일+，KTX和原SRT列車現在都在這裡預訂）或順天站查詢末班車。從樂安邑城回順天的公車時間未經查證；搭計程車約25分鐘。
停車
村子設有3座免費停車場。查閱的網頁沒有公布2026年慶典的臨時停車場和交通管制安排。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
- Ppurigipeunnamu博物館 (뿌리깊은나무박물관)前後皆可
順天市立博物館，展出已故韓昌琪（Han Chang-gi）的收藏：從青銅器時代到光復後的約6,500件文物，包括韓文古籍、服飾、陶瓷、民畫和工藝品。距村子約300公尺，可以在11:00開幕前或節目空檔進去看看：冬季時間停止入場16:30（夏季時間17:30），週一休館，慶典週末照常開放。小提醒：成人門票₩1,000。
怎麼去：從村子步行約300公尺（約5分鐘）
韓國最知名的濱海濕地：東川和伊沙川流入泥灘處約5.4平方公里的蘆葦田，有木棧道穿行其間；沿坡上行約1.5公里可到龍山展望台，日落時俯瞰水道（來回約1小時）。10月售票到18:00，日落也在那之前，所以別等17:00慶典結束，下午過半就從樂安邑城出發。小提醒：成人門票₩10,000；從這裡搭計程車到順天站15–20分鐘。
