Notes on the 2024 edition
First edition: about 300,000 visitors and about ₩1.2 billion in revenue. Announced for 7 Sep–13 Oct (six weeks); the city's closing report describes a seven-week run ending 31 Oct (and gives 13 Sep as the start, which conflicts with the 7 Sep opening), so the end date is uncertain.
About the festival
The Pocheon Hantangang Garden Festa is a seasonal garden festival on a lava plateau of about 260,000 m² above the Hantan River gorge in Gwanin-myeon, Pocheon, in northern Gyeonggi-do, beside Korea's longest Y-shaped suspension bridge (410 m). The 2026 autumn season runs 12 September–1 November, 09:00–18:00 (last entry 17:00). Entry is ₩7,000 for adults and ₩5,000 for teens and children, of which ₩4,000 or ₩3,000 comes back as Pocheon Love gift certificates; Pocheon residents and preschool children enter free. The 2027 autumn season has not been announced; Pocheon also runs a spring season, 1 May–7 June in 2026.
