About the festival

The Paju Jangdan Bean Festival (파주장단콩축제) is a three-day farmers' festival at the Imjingak Tourist Area in Paju, Gyeonggi-do, beside the Imjin River near the inter-Korean border, where growers sell the new crop of Jangdan soybeans alongside fresh tofu, meju-making and bean threshing. The 29th edition ran 21–23 November 2025, 09:00–17:00. For 2026, a May 2026 feature in Gyeonggi Province's magazine credited to Paju City and the 2026 poster printed in K-Festival magazine's October 2026 issue both give 27–29 November (Friday to Sunday), the poster at Imjingak Plaza, but as of 21 October 2026 the dates were not yet on Paju City's festival page or in the press. Entry is free; take the Gyeongui–Jungang Line to Munsan Station, then the festival shuttle bus.

Transport, booking, crowd and accessibility details are on the main Paju Jangdan Bean Festival page, which covers every edition.
