Notes on the 2026 edition
23rd edition. Discounts on the 1-day pass for people with disabilities, middle/high-school students, over-65s, Gapyeong residents and registered artists, advance booking only. Refunds until 17:00 the day before Friday/Saturday shows and 11:00 the day before Sunday; no partial refunds on multi-day passes; 1-day passes cannot change date.
About the festival
The Jarasum Jazz Festival is Korea's largest jazz festival, held every October on Jarasum, a river island beside Gapyeong Station about 70 km north-east of Seoul. The 23rd edition ran 9–11 October 2026, and the 24th is set for Saturday 9 to Monday 11 October 2027. In 2026 a 1-day pass cost ₩88,000 in advance (₩99,000 on site) and a 3-day pass ₩198,000. Expect around 40 Korean and international acts (39 invited in 2026; 41 from 17 countries in 2025) on lawns by the Bukhan River.
