Venue this year. The sand beach and Lawn Square at Dadaepo. The beach was capped at 32,000 people on 26 Jul; one lane of Dadae-ro was closed and entry to nearby public car parks restricted.

AdmissionFree: the beach, the fireworks and the concerts need no ticket (KTO lists the 2026 festival as free with some paid items). Food and drink at the Dadaepocha beach pub are paid per order, and the 2025 Sunset Beach Club was a paid, capacity-limited programme.

About the festival

The Busan Sea Festival (부산바다축제) is Busan's city-run summer beach festival, held since 2024 at Dadaepo Beach in Saha-gu with a sunset fireworks show on opening night, a 2,000-seat beach pub, free concerts and a beach club. The 30th edition ran 7–13 August 2026; 2027 dates are not announced, but recent editions opened on a Friday between late July and mid-August. Entry is free (KTO listed 11:00–22:00 in 2026), with some paid programmes; take Busan Metro Line 1 to its terminus, Dadaepo Beach Station, Exit 4.
