现场体验
乐安邑城是朝鲜时代城墙环绕的郡治古城，位于顺天市中心以西的乐安平原。一般认为它建于1397年，与海美、高敞并称韩国三大邑城（有城墙环绕的郡治所在地）。与大多数文化遗产村落不同，这里至今仍有人居住：城墙内有290多座茅草屋，住着约100户、230人左右，旁边还保留着客舍、东轩（郡守办公处）和乐民楼等9座旧郡衙建筑。古城于1983年被指定为史迹第302号，2011年列入联合国教科文组织世界遗产预备名录，每年接待约120万名游客。
民俗文化节始于1994年，是村里每年10月最热闹的周末。第31届于2026年10月24日（周六）和25日（周日）11:00–17:00举行，主题为“乐安（樂安），积累欢乐，连接世代”。庆典以新任乐安郡守的赴任游行开场，守门将交接仪式和骑马将军巡逻仪式则重现了古城作为郡治运转时的风貌。村民们表演农家节庆百中游戏（백중놀이），并重现修筑城墙的场景。节目还有走绳、传统武术、以Kim Bin-gil（김빈길）为题材的唱剧（韩国歌剧）、板索里和伽倻琴并唱，以及名为“Nagan 樂 Festa（낙안 樂 페스타）”的流行音乐舞台。游客可以参加大型拔河、韩国式摔跤（씨름）和掰手腕比赛以及掷柶游戏（윷놀이），还可以体验制作号牌（朝鲜时代的身份牌）、草编工艺和射箭，现场全程都有本地美食摊位。

从首尔出发
从龙山站乘KTX到顺天站：2026年10月中旬每天约19班，车程2小时24分钟至3小时27分钟（多数为2小时33分钟至2小时50分钟），按2026年9月1日KTX与SRT合并后实行的票价表，普通车厢₩42,300；也有少数车次从水西站发车。到顺天后，16路公交经顺天站和顺天综合巴士客运站开往乐安邑城，61、63和68路也停靠乐安邑城站，下车步行约1分钟即到村子；公交车程和班次未能核实。从顺天站打车或自驾约25分钟。
从釜山出发
从釜山西部市外巴士客运站（沙上，地铁2号线沙上站）乘市外巴士到顺天综合巴士客运站：每天14班，多数车程2小时38分钟，普通座₩17,000、优等座₩22,000、高级座₩28,600。从釜田站到顺天站也有庆全线列车，每天4班，无穷花号（Mugunghwa）₩12,400，新村号（Saemaeul）₩19,200；返程列车车程2小时39分钟至3小时22分钟。首末班时间请在客运站或Korail+应用（코레일+）中查询。到顺天后，同上乘16路公交（该线也停靠顺天综合巴士客运站）或打车到乐安邑城。
从顺天站到会场
KORAIL全罗线（KTX从龙山出发；也有少数从水西出发）。无法步行前往：自驾或打车约25分钟，或乘16路公交（经顺天站和顺天综合巴士客运站）到乐安邑城站，下车步行约1分钟到村子
返程
庆典节目17:00结束，村子10月18:00关门。顺天开往龙山的KTX一直运行到深夜，当晚返回首尔完全可行；顺天开往水西的列车每天只有几班，请以龙山方向为准。2026年10月24日和25日的时刻尚未通过当天适用的Korail时刻表核实，出发前请在Korail+应用（코레일+，KTX和原SRT列车现均在此预订）或顺天站查询末班车。从乐安邑城返回顺天的公交时间未能核实；打车约25分钟。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。

顺天市立博物馆，展出已故韩昌琪（Han Chang-gi）的收藏：从青铜器时代到光复后的约6,500件文物，包括韩文古籍、服饰、陶瓷、民画和工艺品。距村子约300米，可以在11:00开幕前或节目间隙进去看看：冬季时间停止入场16:30（夏季时间17:30），周一闭馆，庆典周末照常开放。小贴士：成人门票₩1,000。
怎么去：从村子步行约300米（约5分钟）
韩国最著名的滨海湿地：东川和伊沙川流入滩涂处约5.4平方公里的芦苇荡，有木栈道穿行其间；沿坡上行约1.5公里可到龙山展望台，日落时俯瞰水道（往返约1小时）。10月售票截至18:00，日落也在那之前，所以不要等到17:00庆典结束，下午过半就从乐安邑城出发。小贴士：成人门票₩10,000；从这里打车到顺天站15–20分钟。
