活動特色
鎮海是昌原市轄下的軍港區，位於釜山與統營之間的海岸，種植了約360,000棵王櫻花樹。慶典起源於1952年在北原圓環舉行的李舜臣將軍追悼活動，1963年成為年度慶典，如今是配合3月下旬至4月上旬花期高峰、為期十天的活動，由昌原市主辦，濃厚的海軍與軍事色彩讓它有別於其他賞花慶典。
慶典沒有單一會場。市中心的中原圓環是活動中心，2026年以品牌博覽會和有座位的美食村取代過去的夜市。余佐川是一條兩岸種滿櫻花、架有多座步橋的小溪，晚上會點燈；慶和站是一座已停用的火車站，櫻花枝在鐵軌上方交織成拱，是另一個知名拍照景點。開幕週末，韓國與海外的軍樂隊及儀隊在鎮海公設運動場演出，並從北原圓環出發遊行。十天期間還有李舜臣將軍追悼祭典、「勝戰遊行」、黑鷹特技飛行隊（Black Eagles）飛行表演，以及在鎮海樓前海灣施放的煙火秀。海軍軍官學校與鎮海海軍基地開放登艦參觀，最後一個週末則在運動場舉行連續三晚的售票音樂節。
有幾點要先知道：到訪人數超過200萬人次，道路會封閉，高峰週末的停車場從09:00起就會很快停滿。花期能否對上全憑運氣（日期在2月就已確定），而且2025年因山林大火取消了煙火、飛行表演與遊行。要有排隊的心理準備，別期待清靜。

適合對象： 最適合攝影愛好者、從釜山出發的春季一日遊旅客，以及想看韓國最大賞櫻場面、順便欣賞軍事遊行的人；不太適合討厭人潮或需要固定日期的人，因為十天內有超過200萬人次到訪，而且花期不一定與日程吻合。

從首爾出發
從首爾站搭KTX到昌原中央站（約2小時44分，一般車廂₩47,000至₩47,400），再搭市區公車或計程車到鎮海。也可從首爾南部客運站（每天4班）或東首爾綜合客運站（每天3班）搭直達市外巴士到鎮海市外巴士客運站，車程約4小時20分至4小時50分，票價₩38,900至₩48,400（2026年10月票價）。
從釜山出發
從釜山西部（沙上）客運站（地鐵2號線沙上站3號和5號出口）搭市外巴士到鎮海市外巴士客運站：約1小時，₩6,700，2026年10月每天27班，約每30至40分鐘一班（不劃位；依月台號碼上車）。客運站就在鎮海站旁，步行不久即可到余佐川。
從仁川機場出發
搭國內線班機到金海機場（釜山），再搭輕軌到沙上，轉乘市外巴士到鎮海；或搭AREX到首爾站，再搭KTX到昌原中央站。

節慶接駁車
2026年週末有三條免費接駁車路線；據當地部落格，路線為藍線：北原圓環－中央市場－慶和站－鎮海站；黃線：臨時停車場－鎮海站－慶和站；紅線：主要景點。另有從鎮海站出發的雙層「櫻花觀光巴士」循環路線，以及北原圓環－鎮海站－慶和站之間3.2公里的公車專用道。路線與行駛時間每年另訂，請查看本屆的公告。
回程交通
鎮海本身沒有火車。從鎮海市外巴士客運站搭直達巴士到首爾（南部客運站或東首爾綜合客運站）約需4小時20分至4小時50分；從昌原中央站搭KTX到首爾站約2小時44分；搭市外巴士到釜山西部（沙上）約1小時。Korail時刻表已於2026年11月1日調整，2027年春季的時刻尚未公布，因此本頁不列出末班車時間：請在慶典當天之前透過Korail App（코레일+ / Korail+）或在車站查詢末班火車，到鎮海客運站查詢末班巴士，並在抵達時就先買好回程巴士票。高峰週末夜間離開鎮海的車流緩慢，因此想看余佐川夜間點燈，通常得在當地過夜。
停車
2026年在鎮海外圍設有5,950個臨時停車位，先到先停；高峰週末主要停車場09:00後就會停滿。公共停車場：鎮海交流道（約500位）、Segyero（約300位）、文化中心（約200位）、慶和市場及Jinhui-ro停車場。昌原市實施智慧停車預約制度。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
鎮海市中心的山丘公園，山頂的鎮海塔外型仿照軍艦桅桿，塔內有昌原市立鎮海博物館，三樓以上是觀景台；可以爬365級階梯，或搭單軌車上山。公園全天開放、免費；單軌車（成人單程₩2,000、來回₩3,000）平時09:00–18:00行駛、週一停駛，慶典期間延長到晚上，所以去余佐川之前或之後都排得進去。小提醒：公園沒有停車場，請從中原圓環步行前往。

- 散場後怎麼走節慶後
高峰週末最難的是離開鎮海：夜間車流緩慢。抵達時就在鎮海市外巴士客運站買好回首爾的車票（往釜山沙上的巴士不劃位，依月台排隊上車），並在那裡查詢末班巴士，或在Korail+ App（코레일+）查詢昌原中央站的末班KTX；想看余佐川夜間點燈，就訂好房間住一晚。
