活動特色
潭陽是緊鄰光州北邊的竹子之鄉，每年平安夜和聖誕節都會舉辦一場小型的地方慶典，2025年號稱第7屆。這是在街頭和舞台上進行的兩天活動，不是長達一個月的燈光展或聖誕市集，形式和場地每年都不一樣。2023年以「潭陽Meta音樂節」之名舉辦三天，在水杉林蔭道只有站位的戶外舞台上安排K-pop、Trot和DJ演出。2024年移到舊市區，中央路連續兩天禁止車輛通行，舉辦遊行、聖誕老人營火、許願樹和街道燈飾。2025年回到Metaland，這座公園是圍繞林蔭道上1,300棵水杉打造的，口號是「我們是某個人的聖誕老人」。平安夜由當地孩子們唱聖誕頌歌揭開序幕，接著是聖誕老人街頭遊行、點燈儀式和煙火，之後由Lim Chang-jung（임창정）、Wax和一位EDM DJ登台；聖誕節當天則由Noise、Park Seong-hyeon（박성현）和在地表演者演出。舞台周邊有20位扮成聖誕老人的工作人員帶來小遊戲、拍照活動和贈品；在兒童普羅旺斯區的「聖誕老人燒烤屋」，一家人可以在火盆上烤棉花糖和玉米；另外還有LED燈和鑰匙圈製作體驗、燈光裝置（入口的大星星、聖誕老人相框、雪人和大聖誕樹），以及販售潭陽特產的攤位。舊市區中央公園的街頭表演，以及Dambit藝術倉庫（담빛예술창고）和海東文化藝術村的展覽，讓慶典延伸到市區。Metaland和竹綠苑的門票（各數千韓元）都以地方商品券全額退還，所以除了吃飯和交通，幾乎不用花什麼錢。有幾點要先知道：所有活動都以韓語進行；我們找到的資料都沒有公布每天的開放時間和舞台時間；場地和演出陣容每年都會改變，而且只提前約一個月公布；演唱會在12月的夜晚露天舉行，得站著看；潭陽沒有火車站，開往首爾的末班直達巴士很可能在晚間演唱會結束前就已發車。建議經光州返回，或在當地住一晚。

交通方式
從首爾出發
從龍山站（或水西站）搭KTX到光州松汀站，約2小時（2026年9月票價調降後，龍山出發的一般車廂為₩42,000）。在光州，從U-Square客運站搭市外巴士到潭陽（約30至40分鐘，每天41班），或搭311路市區公車。從潭陽公用巴士客運站，可搭10-1、13-1和311-2路公車到Metaprovence（메타프로방스）和水杉林蔭道附近下車，再走一小段路到Metaland；最後一段搭計程車最省事。首爾中央城市客運站與潭陽之間也有直達高速巴士。
從釜山出發
釜山沒有直達巴士，需在光州轉車。從釜山西部市外巴士客運站（沙上，地鐵2號線沙上站）搭市外巴士到光州U-Square客運站，每天23班，車程2小時57分，優等₩28,300、Premium₩36,800；另有16班從釜山綜合巴士客運站（老圃）出發，車程3小時03分。到U-Square後搭市外巴士到潭陽（37分鐘，₩3,200）或311路市區公車，再依上述方式搭當地公車或計程車到Metaland。請在活動當天前到客運站確認末班車時間。
從光州松汀站（KTX），再轉乘巴士到會場

回程交通
潭陽客運站直達首爾中央城市客運站的高速巴士傍晚就收班，很可能在平安夜遊行、煙火和演唱會結束前就已沒有車。想待晚一點的話，請經光州返回：潭陽與光州之間有市外巴士和311路市區公車，但活動當天的回程時刻未公布，請預留充裕時間離開潭陽。從光州松汀站搭KTX到龍山站或水西站約2小時，U-Square開往首爾中央城市客運站的高速巴士營運到深夜。出發前請用Korail+ App（코레일+；自2026年9月1日合併後，KTX和原SRT列車都在這裡訂票）或在車站確認末班車，並在客運站確認末班巴士；聖誕節前後的座位最好及早預訂。
停車
Metaland園區內有兩座停車場，據說即使在冬季旺季也還有空位（收費情況不詳）。2024年慶典在舊市區舉辦時，中央路兩天都禁止車輛通行。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

節慶前後順遊
在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
1972年沿約5公里道路種下的1,300棵水杉，其中約2.1公里是Metaland園內的步道，2023年和2025年的慶典舞台都設在這座公園。請趁白天去走：Metaland每天09:00–18:00開放（成人₩2,000；潭陽郡民、6歲以下和65歲以上免費）。2026年的會場尚未公布；如果仍在Metaland，散步和晚間節目就在同一個地方。

潭陽川防洪堤上的樹林，是天然紀念物：1648年府使成以性為防洪築堤種樹，如今樹齡超過300年的朴樹和櫸樹為約1.2公里的步道遮蔭。免費、全天開放，可在逛完竹綠苑後接著走；樹林盡頭是潭陽的麵條街，一碗鯷魚湯麵約₩5,000，適合在寒冷的夜晚來臨前早點吃頓便宜的晚餐。
