どんな祭り？
石村湖はかつての漢江の南側の流れで、1970年代に蚕室一帯の川筋が付け替えられた際にせき止められて湖になりました。周りの公園は1981年に開園しています。湖は東湖と西湖の二つに分かれ、蚕室湖水橋の下をくぐる遊歩道でつながっています。西湖にはロッテワールドのマジックアイランドがあり、湖岸にはロッテワールドタワーがそびえます。約2.5kmの遊歩道に約1,000本の王桜が並び（松坡区はしだれ桜や八重桜など4種類・約1,100本とも数えています）、満開の時期にはタワーを背にした桜のトンネルになります。
松坡区は桜が見頃を迎える時期に「湖水桜祭り（호수벚꽃축제）」を開くため、日程は毎年変わります。2023年は4月5日～9日、2024年は3月27日～31日、2025年は4月2日～6日、2026年は4月3日～11日で、2026年は人出を分散させるために会期が5日から9日に延びました。プログラムは控えめで、東湖の水辺ステージでの夕方の開幕イベント、午後のバスキング、締めくくりの「満開コンサート」、ソウルノリマダン（서울놀이마당）でのファッションショー、フリーマーケット、キッチンカー、体験ブース、区の小さな湖畔ギャラリーでの無料の展示といった内容です。入場と公演は無料です。
日が暮れると遊歩道全体がライトアップされ、入口には桜のゲート、道沿いにはフォトゾーンが設けられます。2026年はロッテが3月27日から東湖でピンクのライトアップを行い、19:00から21:00まで毎正時にライトショーを開きました。
注意点もあります。何よりも人出です。松坡区のビッグデータ集計では、2026年の17日間に湖と周辺の街を訪れた人は延べ901万人で、そのうち約260,000人が外国人でした。遊歩道は狭いため、安全要員が一方通行（2025年は反時計回り）を徹底させ、ベンチや手すりのある区間をテープで閉鎖し、拡声器でフォトスポットに立ち止まらないよう呼びかけます。週末や夜は散歩というより人の流れに乗って進むことになり、どのフォトゾーンにも行列ができると覚悟しておきましょう。開花も運次第です。2023年は祭りの開幕前にほとんどの花が散ってしまい、名称が「湖水の春祭り」に変更されました。

ソウルから
地下鉄2号線または8号線で蚕室駅へ行き、2番または3番出口を出ます。西湖の遊歩道は2番出口から約283mで、歩いて約5分です。8号線なら石村駅1番出口（約5分）も使えます。9号線なら松坡ナル駅2番出口から、東湖のザ・ギャラリー湖水まで約430mです。二つの湖を一周すると約2.5kmで約1時間、混雑時はさらにかかります。

AREXで弘大入口駅へ行き、2号線に乗り換えて蚕室駅で降り、2番または3番出口へ。
蚕室駅から会場まで

帰り方
2026年のプログラムは21:00に終わり、地下鉄の終電までは十分な余裕がありました。蚕室駅は西湖から歩いて約5分です。
駐車場
松坡区は祭り用の駐車場を案内していません。韓国観光公社は松坡ナル公園に駐車場ありとしていますが、旅行ガイドによると祭りの期間中は湖周辺の駐車スペースが閉鎖されるため、地下鉄で訪れましょう。
Google マップは韓国では電車・地下鉄・バスの経路を表示できますが、徒歩や車のルート案内にはまだ対応していません。駅から会場までの徒歩ルートは、NAVERマップかカカオマップのほうが確実です。

- ザ・ギャラリー湖水 (더 갤러리 호수)祭りの前に
2024年11月に開館した、東湖にある松坡区の無料の公立美術館で、地下と1階に2つの展示室（約1,400m²）があり、ソウルで唯一の湖のほとりの美術館とされています。夜のライトアップの前、午後に訪ねましょう。開館は火曜日～日曜日の10:00～19:00で、月曜日と祝日は休館です。火曜日～日曜日の15:00からドーセントツアーがあります。
行き方：東湖の遊歩道沿い、Songpanaru-gil（송파나루길）166まで徒歩で。または地下鉄9号線松坡ナル駅2番出口から約430m。無料
ロッテワールドタワーの117～123階、高さ約500mにある展望台で、地下1階からスカイシャトルで約1分。湖と桜を真下に見下ろせます。毎日10:30～22:00（最終入場21:00）、金曜日・土曜日は23:00まで（最終入場22:00）なので、遊歩道がライトアップされた後でも行けます。大人の時間指定券は約₩29,000～31,000（韓国観光公社のデータに両方の記載）。時間指定券は14日前から予約でき、当日窓口のファストパスは₩50,000です。

- ソンリダンギル (송리단길)祭りの後に
東湖から松坡ナル駅まで続く通りで、韓国料理、和食、中華、洋食の小さな店やデザートカフェ、雑貨店、書店が並びます。夜の散策の後の夕食にどうぞ。地下鉄はプログラム終了後も遅くまで走っており、通りの端に9号線の松坡ナル駅があります。松坡区は2026年の祭りの来場者数にこの通りも数えているので、満開の時期は行列を覚悟してください。
