どんな祭り？
旧暦の新年最初の満月である正月テボルムは、韓国の村々で古くからタルチプ（月の家）を作ってきた日です。枝や柱を高く組み、書いた願いごとを結び付けて、月が昇るときに燃やし、一年の厄を払って豊作と健康を祈りました。海雲台はこの風習を浜辺の祭りにしており、その名「海雲台月見・温泉祭り」は、月を迎える「タルマジ」と、この地区で知られる温泉に由来します。第41回は2026年3月3日に開かれました。2010年の第28回、2014年の第32回から数えると第1回は1983年となり、回数は3年分抜けています。2023年の祭りは4年ぶりの対面開催とされました。
祭りの2日前からは、だれでも願いごとを書いて砂浜のタルチプに結べます。2025年は24時間受け付けていました。当日のプログラムは午後、だれでも参加できる「タルチプカラオケ」の舞台で始まります（2025年は15:00、2026年は16:00）。続いて、海雲台の温泉に浸かって皮膚病が治ったと伝わる新羅の真聖女王の伝説を描く太平舞（テピョンム）、月への祈願祭、新年の舞が行われます。タルチプへの点火は月の出の時刻で、2023年は17:20、2024年は17:58、2025年は17:42、2026年は18:11でした。火のあとは民謡や踊り、そして満月の下で輪になって踊るカンガンスルレ（강강술래）が続きます。踊るのは海雲台冬柏カンガンスルレ団で、嶺南地方で唯一のカンガンスルレ団と紹介されています。2023年のタルチプは松で組んだ5層の構造物で、釜山の万博誘致の横断幕も一緒に掲げられました。
釜山旅行に組み込みやすい行事です。無料で、海雲台駅から歩いて数分の開けた浜辺で開かれ、19:30ごろには終わります。火の周りは主に地元の人で混み合い（2023年は主催者が数万人を見込んでいました）、風下には煙が流れます。舞台の進行は韓国語のみです。
火と天候について：点火は一年で最も乾燥する時期の屋外で行われます。2026年の正月テボルムには、他地域の一部の自治体が山火事の危険を理由にタルチプ焼きを中止または縮小し、慶尚南道は市や郡に開催を控えるよう求めました。海雲台の砂浜での点火は2024年、2025年、2026年とも予定どおり行われ、強風や乾燥で中止になったという報道は見つかりませんでした。釜山の他の区はやり方を変えています。南区は2023年からLEDのタルチプを使い、西区は前年に小さな爆発があったことから、2025年に松島海水浴場のタルチプを3分の1の大きさにしました。当日に強風や乾燥の警報が出れば、点火が遅れたり中止されたりする可能性はあるので、出かける前に海雲台区のお知らせを確認してください。

ソウル駅からKTXで釜山駅へ（約2時間30分。2026年9月1日のKTX・SRT統合以降の運賃表で一般室₩54,400）。釜山地下鉄1号線で西面まで行き、2号線に乗り換えて海雲台駅へ向かいます（全体で約1時間）。3番または5番出口を出て、亀南路を歩けば海水浴場まで約5分です。釜山駅からは急行バス1001番と1003番も海雲台へ運行しています。
釜山から
釜山地下鉄2号線で海雲台駅3番または5番出口へ。亀南路（海雲台広場）を進めば海水浴場まで徒歩約5分です。釜山駅からは1号線で西面へ行き、2号線に乗り換えます（約1時間）。市内バス38、39、40、63、141、200、1001、1003番が海雲台海水浴場に停まります。
仁川空港から
仁川から国内線で金海（釜山）へ飛び、釜山金海軽電鉄で沙上へ行き、地下鉄2号線で東へ海雲台まで向かいます（空港から約1時間20分）。空港リムジンバスの1番路線も海雲台を経由します。または、AREXでソウル駅へ行き、KTXで釜山駅へ、そこから西面経由の地下鉄で向かいます。

帰り方
プログラムは2025年が19:10、2026年が19:20に終わりました。海雲台から釜山駅までは地下鉄で約1時間（西面で乗り換え）、釜山駅からソウル駅まではKTXで約2時間30分です。2027年2月21日の時刻表は確認しておらず、この日は日曜日です。終電は「Korail+」アプリ（코레일+）か駅で、祭りの日より前に確認し、帰りの乗車券は早めに予約してください。
駐車場
祭り専用の駐車場についての記載はありません。海雲台広場公営駐車場の料金は10分あたり数百ウォンで、週末は高くなります（Telltrip）。釜山市によると、海水浴場には有料駐車場があります。点火の前後は浜辺周辺の道路の混雑が予想されるので、地下鉄のほうが便利です。
Google マップは韓国では電車・地下鉄・バスの経路を表示できますが、徒歩や車のルート案内にはまだ対応していません。駅から会場までの徒歩ルートは、NAVERマップかカカオマップのほうが確実です。

シャトルバスや帰りの終電・最終バスに間に合う範囲で、祭りの前後に立ち寄れる場所です。
- 海雲台ブルーラインパーク・スカイカプセル (해운대 블루라인파크)祭りの前に
旧海岸鉄道を活かした高架軌道を、2～4人で乗る小さなカプセルが高さ7～10mで走り、海雲台海水浴場東端の尾浦から青沙浦まで崖沿いを片道約30分で結びます。午後のステージが始まる前に砂浜へ戻れるよう、乗るなら午前中に。11月～2月の運行は09:30～18:00で、強風や大雨のときは運休することがあります。予約がおすすめです。帰りは別にチケットが必要で、ビーチトレインで戻ることもできます。
行き方：砂浜沿いに東へ歩いて海雲台海水浴場の東端の尾浦へ。交通機関は不要
- 冬柏島（冬柏公園） (동백섬)祭りの前に
海雲台海水浴場の西端とつながる、椿と松に覆われた小さな島で、海沿いの散策路が人魚像、崔致遠の遺跡、釜山でのAPEC首脳会議のために建てられたヌリマルAPECハウスのそばを巡ります。午後のステージの前に歩きましょう。公園は24時間開放、ヌリマルは09:00～18:00（最終入場17:00、無料、毎月第1月曜休館）です。そのあと砂浜を歩いて戻り、タルジプの近くに場所を取りましょう。島には公衆トイレがあります。
行き方：砂浜沿いに西へ歩いて海雲台海水浴場の西端へ。交通機関は不要
- 海雲台伝統市場 (해운대시장)前後どちらでも
1910年代から続き、2008年に改装された市場で、亀南路から1本入った通りにトッポッキ、天ぷら、カルグクス、ねじりドーナツ、テジクッパの店が並び、刺身や焼きコムジャンオの店もあります。営業は09:00～22:00なので、午後のステージの前か、プログラムが終わったあと（2026年は19:20）駅へ向かう途中に食事ができます。KTXで帰るなら、海雲台から釜山駅まで約1時間みておきましょう。営業時間と休業日は店ごとに異なります。

- The 2027 programme had not been announced as of 19 October 2026; the date (Sunday 21 February 2027) comes from KASI's lunar calendar and the festival's practice of holding the burning on Daeboreum itself. Moonrise time in Busan on 21 February 2027 and the 2027 wish-writing dates were not checked.
- firstHeld 1983 is worked out from the edition count (28th in 2010, 32nd in 2014, then 38th in 2023 after three missing years); no source opened states the first year. The 2023 edition was billed as the first in person in four years, so 2020–2022 were presumably not held in person; the reason was not stated in the sources opened.
- Haeundae-gu's own notices and the organizer council's pages were not found by search or opened; dates and times rely on Busan city's Calendar of Events and news reports.
