Notes on the 2026 edition
Fourth edition by the city's numbering (the 2025 festival was the third). Host and organizer Icheon City; enquiries 031-645-3683. Advance sign-up for programmes on the Icheon City website; on-site registration on the day is also accepted. One aggregator lists a different vet (Seol Chae-hyun, 14:30–15:30) for the talk concert; the city's announcement and the ministry name Kim Myung-cheol.
About the festival
The Icheon Pet Festival is a free two-day festival for dogs and their owners at Icheon Ceramic Art Village (Yes Park), a potters' village in Sindun-myeon, Icheon, Gyeonggi-do. The 2026 edition runs 24–25 October, 10:00–17:00, opening at 14:00 on Saturday with a talk concert by veterinarian Kim Myung-cheol, and adds a dog sports day, walking, grooming and massage classes, a dog playground, food trucks and a flea market. Take the Gyeonggang Line to Sindundoyechon Station, then bus 24 or 24-1 or a taxi.
