冰层状况： 冰钓能否进行取决于冰层。主办方只有在冰层达到安全厚度后才开放钓场，遇到回暖或降雨会关闭或推迟开放；暖冬年份曾有节庆延期或取消。出发前一天请查看主办方公告。
现场体验
冰鱼（池沼公鱼）只生活在非常洁净的水里。麟蹄郡自1998年起围绕在昭阳湖冰面上凿洞钓冰鱼举办冬季庆典，它常被称为韩国地方冬季节庆的先驱。庆典起源于南面Bupyeong-ri的冰鱼村，过去常有一家人来这里在冰封的湖面上钓鱼；后来郡里用一道高12米、长220米的水下堰拦住上游的一段湖湾，形成了更便于管理冰层和水位的“冰鱼湖”。庆典举办时，玩法很简单：走上冰面，坐在直径约20厘米的冰洞旁，用手线和蛆虫饵钓鱼，钓到的鱼可以蘸辣椒酱生吃、油炸，或做成辣味炖汤。2023年不收门票，24,000平方米的钓场（约1,400个冰洞）也免费开放，另有雪橇、冰橇、ATV和水陆两用车阿尔戈（Argo）、重现1960年代山村的雪村，以及自2000年起与庆典同期举行的全国冰上足球大赛。人潮可能很多：2018年开幕周末约有232,000人到访，2023年这一届10天内吸引了超过180,000人。最需要注意的是能否如期举办。会场要求昭阳江大坝水位在183米或以下，冰层厚约25厘米。秋冬的大雨使大坝水位高出好几米（2023年12月为187.1米，2025年12月为186.84米，常年为177.63米），加上天气温和、冰层太薄，庆典连续三个冬季（2024年、2025年和2026年）取消。2021年这一届因COVID-19疫情取消；2010年曾因水位过高把会场移到麟蹄大桥一带；2018年这一届则被称为经历干旱和暖冬后时隔四年的首次举办。在2018年至2026年的九个冬季里，庆典在2018年、2019年、2020年和2023年举行，在2021年、2024年、2025年和2026年取消；未找到2022年的举办记录。郡里于2025年12月召开了居民论坛，表示将研究更换会场或准备替代活动，但截至2026年10月19日，尚未公布2027年1月的计划。如果恢复举办，预计免费入场，在1月下旬举行约10天；如果没有，冰雪王国华川山鳟鱼庆典和平昌鳟鱼庆典是附近规模最大的冰钓活动。

适合人群： 最适合想在大片冰封湖面上花费不多、轻松冰钓一天的家庭和游客，举办时入场和钓鱼都免费。不过它自2023年1月以来没有再举办，因此更适合能在12月留意公告、并在再次取消时改去华川或平昌的旅客；不适合需要确定冬季行程的人。
交通指南
从首尔出发
从东首尔综合客运站乘市外巴士前往麟蹄郡南面的新南（신남）：2026年10月时每天14班，需1小时23分至1小时45分，₩12,900。从新南乘出租车前往Bupyeong-ri的冰鱼湖（所查阅的资料中未确认距离）。麟蹄没有铁路。自驾的话，麟蹄位于首尔东北约165公里。
节庆接驳车
所查阅的页面中未见2023年的庆典接驳车。2020年，旅行社Trazy推出了仅限外国人的一日游套餐，从弘大和明洞的酒店出发，含冰钓费用和钓竿。
返程
2026年10月时，从新南开往东首尔的巴士每天7班；2027年1月的时刻表未核实，庆典期间可能加开班次。2020年冰钓时间为10:00–17:00。出发前请在东首尔综合客运站确认从新南返回的末班车。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。

麟蹄郡于2025年8月开放的湖畔三层展馆：一楼是咖啡馆，馆内展出在Bupyeong-ri出土的旧石器时代至朝鲜时代文物，还有以媒体艺术呈现麟蹄四季的沉浸式影像室、冰鱼垂钓体验区和可俯瞰冰鱼湖的屋顶观景台。开放时间10:00–18:00（周一及公休日闭馆），钓鱼（2020年为10:00–17:00）前后都可以顺路参观。小贴士：等出租车回新南时，可以在咖啡馆里暖暖身子。

- 散场后怎么走节庆后
回程才是难点：2026年10月时从新南开往东首尔的巴士每天只有约7班，未见庆典接驳车，从冰鱼湖到新南还要乘出租车。出发前请在东首尔综合客运站确认返程末班车，并预留足够时间离开冰面、乘出租车回新南。

- Status of the 2022 edition was not confirmed (the 2023 edition was billed as the 23rd, so 2021 and 2022 may have been counted); 2015–2017 are inferred as not held from the 2018 'first in four years' report.
- Coordinates (37.985, 128.13) are approximate, placed on Bingeoho at Bupyeong-ri from the published address without a map source; the brief's 'Namjeon-ri' did not appear in any source, which all give Bupyeong-ri (Trazy: 555-2 Bupyeong-ri).
