活動特色
長生浦位於蔚山南區的港灣，在國際捕鯨委員會1986年禁止商業捕鯨之前，一直是韓國的捕鯨基地。此後，小鎮轉向鯨魚文化和海洋生態。2008年7月25日，這裡成為韓國第一個、也是至今唯一的鯨魚文化特區，南區後來把這項指定延長到2028年。鯨魚節始於1995年，除疫情期間中斷外每年舉辦：2022年那一屆是睽違三年再度舉行。過去每年在春季舉辦；2012年於4月26日至29日在長生浦和太和江河濱同時舉行。2018年以來，舉辦時間多次變動（見「往年舉辦期間」）。如今每屆為期四天，從週四到週日，在整個特區舉行。主要內容有主舞台上的開幕式和閉幕式、海邊的煙火、音樂劇晚會和音樂會，以及鯨魚遊行。2026年約有1,000名志工演出者、社團成員和居民參加遊行，遊行也改到了最後一天。孩子們有專屬的舞台、泡泡秀和魔術秀、比賽、集章活動、AR遊戲和AI體驗區，另有美食區、餐車和在地小商家的跳蚤市場。節慶免費入場，由南區主辦、鯨魚文化財團承辦。特區內還有常設設施：長生浦鯨魚博物館、鯨魚生態體驗館（韓國觀光公社稱之為韓國第一座海豚水族館）、蔚山艦軍艦、鯨魚文化村，以及可以眺望港口和大橋的環狀單軌列車。長生浦還有出海尋鯨的遊船。新的看點包括投影在4座19公尺高儲油槽上的媒體藝術「長生浦之光」，以及卡丁車賽道「Whales Kart」。有幾點要先知道：舉辦月份每年不同，2027年的日期還不清楚。節目以韓語進行。由於無法開啟節慶官網，沒有2026年的詳細時間表。特區的博物館週一休館。從蔚山的火車站到長生浦需搭公車或計程車。2026年的交通門戶是市中心的太和江站。從那裡回首爾清涼里的末班KTX-Eum平日17:07、週末18:11發車，所以想待到晚上，就得從蔚山站搭晚班KTX，或者在蔚山住一晚。

適合對象： 最適合帶孩子的家庭：這裡有兒童舞台、比賽和體驗區，常設博物館裡還能看到海豚和鯨魚骨骼；也適合住在蔚山或正在遊覽釜山至慶州之間東南海岸、想看一場有遊行和煙火的港口節慶的旅客。不太適合需要英語節目的遊客，也不太適合想當天晚些時候回首爾、又不想長途趕往蔚山KTX站的人。
交通方式
從首爾出發
有兩條鐵路路線。（1）從清涼里站搭KTX-Eum到蔚山市中心的太和江站（태화강역）：2026年秋季每天約11班，車程2小時54分鐘至3小時19分鐘，一般車廂₩48,800（ITX-Maeum約4小時35分鐘，₩35,600）。2026年節慶的歡迎門設在站前廣場，每30分鐘有一班免費接駁車開往長生浦。（2）從首爾站搭KTX到蔚山站（울산역）：每天33至34班，車程2小時7分鐘至3小時4分鐘，一般車廂₩48,400（KTX-Sancheon為₩48,000）。蔚山站位於市郊；2024年有從該站出發的節慶免費接駁車，但2026年的資料只提到太和江站的接駁車。自2026年9月1日KTX與SRT合併以來，這些列車都可以在Korail的App和英文網站訂票。前往長生浦的接駁車、市區公車和計程車所需時間未查證。
從釜山出發
從釜田站有火車開往太和江站：2026年秋季每天約21班（KTX-Eum、ITX-Maeum和無窮花號（Mugunghwa）），車程42分鐘至1小時8分鐘；一般車廂票價KTX-Eum ₩8,400、ITX-Maeum ₩6,100、無窮花號₩4,100。到太和江站後，轉搭節慶接駁車或計程車前往長生浦。請在節慶當天之前用Korail App（코레일+）或到車站確認回釜田的末班車。
從太和江站到會場

節慶接駁車
2026年：太和江站與會場之間有免費接駁車，四天都是每30分鐘一班。2024年：從KTX蔚山站、玉洞公營停車場、文殊體育公園和南區廳出發的4條免費接駁路線，另有園區內循環線。2023年：4條免費路線，其中包括直達太和江站的路線，另有循環公車。
回程交通
2026年秋季，從太和江站開往清涼里站的末班KTX-Eum在傍晚前後發車，而從蔚山站開往首爾站的KTX行駛到晚上較晚，因此想待到晚上，從蔚山站走比較穩妥。蔚山站位於市郊，請提早離開長生浦；在蔚山住一晚比較輕鬆。請在節慶當天之前用Korail App（코레일+）或到車站確認末班車。
停車
節慶期間設有臨時停車場：2024年7處共約3,337個車位（含特區停車場），2023年7處共2,970個車位，外圍停車場有免費接駁車。特區設有停車場。未找到2026年的停車資訊。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

- 想看煙火就選開幕（週四）或閉幕（週日）當晚，鯨魚遊行在最後一天（2026年）。帶孩子的話上午來看兒童舞台；想順便參觀博物館，請在17:30停止售票前抵達。
