活動特色
正東津是韓國東海岸江陵市南部江東面的一個小海邊村落，火車站就緊鄰大海。每年跨年夜，江陵市都會同時在兩地舉辦年終主活動：市區北邊的鏡浦海水浴場，以及正東津的沙漏公園。正東津會場的主角是公園裡的巨型沙漏，高8公尺，號稱世界最大，為迎接2000年千禧年而設置，每年只在12月31日午夜翻轉一次；根據YTN報導，2025年的翻轉是第25次。
2025至26年的活動從12月31日20:00進行到1月1日00:30，有舞台表演、傳統遊戲、許願樹、為馬年設置的紅馬拍照區、新年倒數與煙火；接著在06:00–08:00舉行迎接日出的第二場，韓國天文研究院（KASI）公布的日出時間為07:39。全部免費。2026年第一道曙光時，正東津約有110,000人，江陵全市共300,000人，比前一年增加19%。
這項活動也有過低潮。2021年新年因COVID-19疫情，江陵市封閉了包括正東津在內的所有海灘，正東津站也禁止觀賞日出。2024年底，因務安濟州航空空難後的國家哀悼期，兩個會場的煙火都取消了。2023年1月1日，看日出的人潮睽違約三年再度湧現。
最困難的是交通。韓國鐵道公社（Korail）至少從2000年起就開行前往正東津的夜間日出列車，如今定期的KTX-Eum從首爾站出發兩個多小時就能抵達，但每個方向每天只有幾班，在查證過的時刻表中沒有一班能在日出前抵達。請在31日抵達並在正東津或江陵住一晚，或留意Korail的新年特別列車，並及早訂票：自2026年10月1日起，車票提前兩個月開賣。開車也很慢：高速公路營運單位預估，2026年元旦從首爾到江陵最長需4小時10分，回程最長6小時，而且海邊停車場很小。
有幾點要先知道：這是在隆冬空曠海灘上的人潮活動，日出前最冷、風也最大；舞台節目以韓語進行；截至2026年10月19日，2026至27年的詳情尚未公布（韓國觀光公社2025至26年的介紹頁最後更新於2025年12月24日）。

從首爾出發
從首爾站搭KTX-Eum到正東津：直達車每天只有幾班，約需2小時10分，一般車廂₩28,300（2026年9月1日KTX與SRT整併後的現行票價）。在截至2026年10月查證的時刻表中，沒有能在日出（2026年1月1日為07:39）前抵達正東津的列車，因此請在12月31日抵達，或搭乘Korail的新年特別列車；Korail的時刻表將於2026年11月1日調整，訂票前請用Korail+ App（코레일+，KTX與原SRT列車現在也在這裡訂票）確認時刻。也可搭KTX到江陵（約2小時，₩27,600起，班次較多），或從東首爾綜合客運站搭高速巴士（約3小時），再搭計程車往南到正東津。開車的話，高速公路營運單位預估2026年元旦從首爾到江陵最長需4小時10分。
從釜山出發
自2025年12月30日起，東海線的KTX-Eum連接釜山與江陵，約需3小時54分；從江陵可搭計程車到正東津。這些列車是否停靠正東津尚未查證。
從仁川機場出發
搭AREX到首爾站，再轉KTX-Eum到正東津（約2小時10分）。12月31日請挑選能趕上晚間節目與午夜沙漏翻轉的班次；Korail的時刻表將於2026年11月1日調整，請用Korail+ App（코레일+）確認時刻。
從正東津站到會場

回程交通

停車
未找到2025至26年正東津的官方停車或交通計畫。接受YTN訪問的旅遊作家提醒，日出點附近的停車場很小，進出防波堤日出廣場的車輛會大排長龍（他曾被困30至40分鐘）；他建議把車停在步行約10分鐘外大馬路旁的大型停車場。2023年1月1日，正東津的停車場與沿海道路都停滿車，日出後嚴重塞車。
在韓國，Google 地圖可以查詢火車、地鐵和公車路線，但還不支援步行和開車導航；從車站步行前往時，Naver Map 或 Kakao Map 較可靠。

在不錯過接駁車與回程末班車的前提下，節慶前後可以順道去的地方。
- 正東·深谷Badabuchae-gil海岸步道 (정동심곡바다부채길)節慶後
沿著正東港與深谷港之間懸崖腳下的舊軍用巡邏道修建的海岸步道，長約3公里，穿過正東津海岸階地（天然紀念物第437號）；成人₩5,000。冬季開放09:00–16:30（15:30停止售票），所以看完日出、吃過早餐後，可以在搭車回程前走一趟；1月1日是否開放未查證。發布氣象特報或風浪特報時關閉；步道上沒有廁所。

- 散場後怎麼走節慶後
2026年約有110,000人在正東津看日出；2023年日出後停車場和沿海道路嚴重塞車，江陵開往首爾的KTX大多售罄。回程盡量搭火車而不是開車，訂去程時一併訂好回程；如果從正東津發車的列車已客滿，可搭計程車往北到江陵站，那裡班次較多。請用Korail+ App（코레일+）查詢。
