现场体验
原州的饺子故事始于朝鲜战争之后：难民聚居在市中心的市场一带，靠包饺子维持生计，所用面粉有一部分来自美国援助；后来，饺子店在市场的小巷里聚成了一条饺子胡同。如今原州以泡菜饺子和“刀饺”（칼만，即刀切面配饺子）闻名。原州市于2023年创办这项节庆，希望把人气重新带回旧城区。首届在文化街举行两天，吸引约200,000人，饺子被抢购一空；2024年第2届延长为三天，会场扩大到约三倍；2025年第3届共计约410,000人次（由市政府根据移动通信数据统计），原一路（원일로）为搭建主舞台而封闭交通。
2026年，节庆的中心移到河边。主舞台和美食区设在原州川早市（새벽시장）一带，步行即可连通文化街和中央洞的各个市场（中央市场、自由市场、Doraemi市场和迷路市场），部分原因是为了减少给居民带来不便的道路封闭。核心是原州饺子区：9月8日的品鉴评审按品质、价格和卫生，从32个团队中选出了15家当地店铺。周边还有全球饺子区、市场里的手工饺子、包饺子体验、快速包饺子比赛、饺子叠塔、跳蚤市场和艺术体验区。开幕当晚，即10月23日（周五），河面上将上演承载市民手写心愿的落火表演（낙화놀이）；三天都有免费演唱会，在韩国被誉为“点心女王”的厨师Jung Ji-sun（정지선）将于10月25日（周日）进行现场烹饪秀。同一个周末（10月24日至25日）还有原州国际健走大会，2025年两项活动曾联合宣传。
需要注意的是：游客抱怨最多的是排队。2025年热门摊位前排了100多人，要等一个多小时，因此2026年新增了二维码网上点餐和自助点餐机。主办方只在仅有韩文的官网上以图片形式公布日程、菜单、价格、停车和接驳车信息。KTX-Eum停靠的原州站不在旧城区，所以市政府从车站开行接驳车；会场附近计划提供约1,980个停车位，但很可能会停满。

从首尔出发
从清凉里出发的中央线KTX-Eum停靠原州站；原州位于首尔以东约140公里，同一线路也有ITX-Maeum列车。车站不在旧城区，请乘坐2026年三条节庆接驳车线路之一（其中一条从原州站出发）、出租车或市内公交前往原州川和中央洞市场一带。从首尔也有高速巴士和市外巴士开往原州。本页未核实车程和票价；请在Korail（korail.com）查询，周末出行请提前订票。
从原州站到会场

节庆接驳车
2026年有三条接驳车线路，连接原州市厅、原州站和舞蹈公演场（댄싱공연장）与节庆会场；站点和时刻只以图片形式发布在官网（셔틀버스안내页面）上。2025年的接驳车免费；文字信息中未说明2026年的接驳车是否免费、末班几点发车，打算搭晚间接驳车前请先查看官网。
返程
