浦项是POSCO钢铁厂所在的城市，濒临迎日湾，市内最大的庆典以“火”与“光”为主题：火代表高炉，光代表海湾和城市的新兴产业。庆典始于2004年为浦项市民日举办的POSCO烟花表演，如今已发展成以国际烟花表演为核心的三天活动：受邀的海外团队各在海面上燃放一轮，最后由韩国团队压轴（2023年和2024年由韩华负责，2026年也是韩华）。2024年和2025年还有约1,000架无人机的灯光秀、约800名市民参加的街头巡游、每日烟花、音乐会、边缘演出和夜市摊位。免费入场。韩国观光公社称其为韩国三大烟花节之一。近年使用两个场地：北区海滨的市区海滩迎日台海水浴场（2021年、2024年、2026年），以及南区的兄山江体育公园（2019年、2023年、2025年）。

交通指南
从首尔出发
从首尔站乘KTX到浦项站约2小时20分至2小时30分；水西站也有列车，自2026年9月1日KTX与SRT合并后，两者都可在Korail自己的应用程序和英文网站上预订。浦项站位于城市西北边缘的兴海邑，最后一段请乘出租车或浦项市内公交前往迎日台海水浴场（北区海岸路48号）；最近的公交站是“迎日台海水浴场”和“斗湖洞行政福利中心”，但从车站出发的线路号和所需时间本文未核实。从东首尔综合客运站也有开往浦项客运站的市外巴士。
从釜山出发
东海线列车从釜田站开往浦项站，每天有几班：普通车厢KTX-Eum约需1小时30分钟（₩18,100），ITX-Maeum约需2小时（₩13,900）。也可从海云台市外巴士站乘市外巴士到浦项客运站，大约每小时1班，需1小时28分，优等座₩15,200。之后乘出租车或浦项市内公交前往迎日台海水浴场。看完表演后当晚返回釜山并不稳妥，请看末班车说明。

节庆接驳车
截至2026年10月21日，2026年的接驳车安排尚未公布。2023年（兄山江场地）主场日从下午到深夜有6辆接驳车在三条线路上从临时停车场每30分钟发一班（该时刻不适用于2026年）。2024年迎日台场庆典前，一篇旅游博客列出了学校、棒球场、浦项综合运动场和浦项文化艺术会馆等临时停车场，并预计会有接驳车，但2024年的时刻表未确认。
返程
2026年的国际烟花表演在11月21日（周六）20:00–21:00举行。浦项站位于城市西北边缘，观众又会在同一时间离开海滩，所以当晚乘火车返回首尔或釜山并不稳妥：请在浦项住一晚，第二天早上乘车。KTX将从2026年11月1日起实行新时刻表，11月21日的末班车和末班巴士未核实：请在庆典前用Korail+应用（코레일+）或在浦项站确认末班车，并在浦项客运站确认末班巴士。
停车
截至2026年10月21日，2026年的停车安排尚未公布。2024年在迎日台举办时，市政府公布了16处停车场，约4,080个车位，包括迎日台第1、第2停车场、斗毛只（두무치）公共停车场、环湖公园停车场和几所学校的操场，每天开放的停车场不同。2021年庆典期间海滩周边道路禁止通行；2025年10月APEC纪念烟花表演时，傍晚时前往迎日台的道路已近乎瘫痪，所以乘公共交通或出租车更稳妥。
在韩国，谷歌地图可以查询火车、地铁和公交路线，但还不支持步行和驾车导航；从车站步行前往时，用Naver地图或Kakao地图更可靠。

节庆前后顺路去
在不错过接驳车和返程末班车的前提下，节庆前后可以顺路去的地方。
浦项的市立美术馆，2009年开馆，位于俯瞰迎日湾的环湖公园内，设有4个展厅，馆藏以钢铁艺术为主；免费参观（部分特别展收费）。11月起开放时间为10:00–18:00，周一闭馆，因此庆典期间（11月19日周四至21日周六）每天都可以在晚间节目开始前的下午来看看。小贴士：Space Walk就在同一公园内约140米处，可以一起参观。
怎么去：从迎日台海水浴场打车很快就到环湖公园，约2至3公里（据资讯网站）；免费参观
形似过山车轨道、可以走上去的钢铁雕塑，全长333米，共717级台阶，最高约25米，位于环湖公园山丘上，可俯瞰迎日湾、市区和POSCO钢铁厂；免费。11月起平日开放10:00–17:00，周末10:00–18:00，所以11月21日（周六）傍晚上去，也能在20:00烟花开始前早早回到海滩。遇雨或强风会自动关闭，上去前请先看天气。

- 散场后怎么走节庆后

- Whether 2027 returns to the late-May/June slot: a city official's explanation of the 2026 postponement (local elections) suggests it may, but nothing has been announced.
- The Pohang Culture Foundation festival page (phcf.or.kr; the old festival.phcf.or.kr address now returns an error page) and any Pohang Culture Foundation notice for 2026 were not opened; the 2026 dates and programme come from Pohang City via News1 and KTO's Korean festival page.
