现场体验
长兴是全罗南道南部海岸的一个农村小郡。每年夏天，从郡治长兴邑正中流过的耽津江都会变成为期九天的戏水乐园。庆典始于2008年，最初是以木筏、木船和徒手抓鱼为主的悠闲河畔活动；如今的主角是“地球上最大的泼水大战”：任何人都可以免费参加，用水枪和水炮互相喷水，每天14:00开始，平日持续1小时，周末持续2小时。开幕当天（周六）以“萨水大捷（살수대첩）街头游行”拉开序幕，队伍13:00从郡民会馆出发，一路喷水沿中央路走到河边。下午可以下河抓“黄金鱼”（大鳗鱼），乘坐木船、香蕉船和花生船，玩大型滑水道和儿童戏水池；入场和泼水大战免费，部分游乐项目和活动收费₩2,000至₩7,000。天黑后，重头戏转到舞台和美食。2026年有政府MyK Festa项目的K-pop演唱会、摇滚之夜、EDM派对和河畔夜宵区，节目表一直排到23:00。另有两个分会场：距长兴邑约4公里的正南津扁柏森林乐园，以及巴比龙Zip，提供韩剧取景地体验和露营住宿。参观人数2024年约690,000人次，2025年为493,165人次（因暴雨和高温预警而减少），2026年为448,000人次；同年被文化体育观光部评为名誉文化观光庆典和预备全球庆典。需要注意的是：这是在韩国盛夏最热的时候让人全身湿透的庆典，靠近泼水区就要做好从头湿到脚的准备，坐船也要排队；节目和广播都只有韩语；活动分散在三个场地；而且长兴离首尔很远，2026年秋季回首尔的末班直达巴士下午就发车，想看晚间演出的游客通常会在当地住一晚或转往光州。

从首尔出发
从首尔Central City客运站（湖南线）开往长兴市外巴士客运站的直达高速巴士在2026年10月每天7班，约4小时20分钟（优等座₩48,100，高级座₩59,000）。客运站就在河畔会场所在的小镇长兴邑。乘火车的话，从龙山站乘KTX到光州松汀站（约2小时，普通车厢₩42,000），穿过光州市区到U-Square巴士客运站，再乘市外巴士到长兴（约1小时30分钟至2小时）。夏季时刻表可能不同，出发前请确认。
从釜山出发
釜山西部（沙上）客运站与长兴之间有市外巴士，约4小时06分钟；按2026年9月的资料，长兴开往釜山每天3班。木浦—宝城线的列车也停靠全南长兴站，2026年秋季往返釜田每个方向每天2班：无穷花号（Mugunghwa）一班（约4小时40分钟，₩17,700）和新村号（Saemaeul）一班（约3小时50分钟，₩26,300）。请在活动日前通过Korail应用（코레일+ / Korail+）或在车站查询列车时刻。2026年Trazy推出了从釜山站出发的一日游（09:30出发，单程约4小时）。
从仁川机场出发
本站未核实从机场直达长兴的巴士；可先进入首尔，再从Central City客运站乘直达巴士。反方向有夜间巴士从长兴开往仁川机场第1和第2航站楼（约4小时40分钟；2026年9月资料为₩72,300），发车时间请在客运站查询。
从全南长兴站（木浦—宝城线）到会场

2026年郡政府运营了接驳巴士。据一位游客的帖子，有免费循环巴士往返全南长兴站、扁柏森林乐园、公共体育场和巴比龙Zip，另有开往光州、木浦、顺天和釜山的收费快速接驳车（已查阅的页面未公布票价和时刻）。
返程

停车
