现场体验
朝鲜王朝时期，王宫的各个宫门由称为“守门将”的守门长官及其士兵把守，他们查验进出人员，并在规定时间开关宫门。据《朝鲜王朝实录》，这一职位可追溯到1469年。自2002年起，国家遗产主管机构在朝鲜王朝的正宫景福宫重现这一换岗场面，服装和兵器均仿照朝鲜初期士兵的样貌。目前由国家遗产厅宫陵遗迹本部与国家遗产振兴院（前身为韩国文化财财团）共同运营。
每天的流程是固定的。09:35和13:35，守门军在协生门外进行约15分钟的公开训练。10:00和14:00是主要的交接仪式，约20分钟，在正门光化门与其后的兴礼门之间的广场举行；自2023年起，复原的光化门前石造月台也成为仪式场地。11:00和13:00有约10分钟的简短把守仪式（파수의식），对驻守光化门的守卫进行检查和换岗。仪式之间守门军在门前值勤；仪式前后，游客可以与守门军合影，还能试穿守门军服装。
仪式本身很容易看懂。守门军从协生门入场，大鼓擂响，宣告仪式开始，接班的守门将带领士兵、旗手和吹打队（鼓乐和管乐队）走向宫门。新旧两位守门将互对口令、行礼，完成换岗，换下的守门军在乐队的演奏声中退场。2026年观看的一位游客听到了韩语、英语和日语解说。
观看免费，无需预约。只有穿过兴礼门进入景福宫内时才需要门票：成人₩3,000，穿韩服者、18岁及以下的外国人和65岁及以上者免费。
